Dragonfly Glade: Tent Camping
Trina was so welcoming and the location was very convenient for checking out the Swamp Cabbage Festival. My pup and I enjoyed a fire and meeting the chickens in the morning.

I should have stayed longer... and I will be back for a hill Billy hot tub and to see the field of dreams that this woman will be bringing into existence through her dream for her property. Your a lucky lady being able to star gaze here every night.. Bowsir & I had an amazing time, welcoming and friendly. Clean and a good vibez enviroment. Awesome kitchen area thanks to her property manager ... and... the shower is MAGICAL, ENCHANTING & INSPIRING.. it is outdoor with the tree moss hanging, palm trees in site and vines wrapping the fence with privacy.. and really good smelling body wash to leave you with a fresh next adventure smell.
Thank you for your hospitality and as i left to turn on the road i thought to myself, okay, what time will i be back and truly felt when I left I made a new distant friend at your enchanting pond.

Trina’s property is gorgeous! She was also very nice and welcoming. My family had a wonderful 3 nights there! My children enjoyed the chickens, Muppet and Diabla. They also enjoyed visiting the baby chicks. They said that was their favorite part. It’s very spacious and we could set up our badmitton/volleyball net. We got to meet other great campers and our kids had a lot of fun. They were worn out by 8 every night and slept for 12 hours. They were able to run around and explore the land, they thoroughly enjoyed the pond swing. Mom and dad loved that they could run around and disappear for hours safely. We really love the outdoor shower, the most magical shower I’ve ever had and now I want one lol. Loved that there was a bathroom and outdoor kitchen so we could wash our cooking gear and didn’t have to pack up dirty dishes. It was amazing and really felt like we were out in the woods. We will definitely be coming back and maybe bringing some friends!

What a cozy stay! The campsites are nestled in a grassy glade close to trees and a pond. The composting outhouse is both clean and tidy while the outdoor shower is hot water and spacious. I appreciated the small covered community kitchen with a fridge and use of utensils. The camp is 10 mins outside of LaBelle which has great local coffee and eateries.
Trina is a warm and welcoming host who is interested in creating a welcoming community for her guests. The vibe leans more hostel than camp, and for that reason, I would visit again if in the area.

Dragonfly Glade: Tent Camping
We stopped here for the night. Super cozy setup outdoor hot shower and cute little clean outhouse. Host was super sweet and welcoming and showed us around. The kids got to run and play and we got to try some fresh passion fruit. There was also a cute little outdoor kitchen area with basic equipment that helped us on our stay. The site was clean and we had a pleasant night.

My husband and I had a really special week at flitterbug farm 🦋 we did a meditation style retreat and the space was just perfect for it. The outhouse compost toilet was clean and well managed, showers under the majestic oak trees were comfortable and beautiful, the outdoor kitchen had all that we needed. The pond with gorgeous Spanish moss was our little center for stillness.
The nights were calm and not noisy as other campers had mentioned. Occasional roosters or dogs were heard but it was not disturbing or excessive. Trina holds a very warm and welcoming presence. She’s available for suggestions and chats while also respecting space and keeping busy so it was all around a perfect balance for us.
We also left daily for nature walks in beautiful preserves within 30 minutes of our site. Lovely! The land itself was a bit smaller than we anticipated but it was enough :) Highly recommend this space if you are considering it 🤍

My camping experience was positive. I was greeted warmly by the host and made to feel at home. What I appreciated most was the outdoor hot shower and outdoor, covered community kitchen. It included use of a fridge, pots, pans, utensils, and a hotplate. The trees and pond are charming, and the camping space is clean and grassy as pictured. The toilet is an outdoor composting set up, but kept clean and tidy. Labelle, FL is just a 10 min drive, and offers some really fantastic coffee shops and local eateries. There is also a Walmart and several gas stations to supply up if need be. Yes, there is farm (animal) noise to contend with, but it was not a deal breaker.
The vibe of the space is more hostel than campground, and the host really is intent on creating community among the guests.
I look forward to visiting in the future and can’t wait to see how they further develop the farm and camping experience.

This camp site and hosts where super accommodating and friendly. We had a large group for a Birthday party and the amenities were perfect. I would absolutely sugest staying here for an layed back and enjoyable camping trip.

Very secluded area on a peaceful property. Host was nice and welcoming, quick to respond to any messages. My dog, Gus, was able to have a great time taking in all of the smells and playing fetch

Beautiful oak canopies, areas with seclusion and privacy. Plenty of spots near amenities which are super pretty and convenient. Great visibility of the stars. A lot of options and flexibility to camp the way you want to camp and super nice host. Would stay on the property here over any state park/generic cookie cutter camp ground. Also the shower is really nice!

A beautiful wide-open glade with a serene pond nearby made this spot absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a small fire right by our tent and camped beneath gorgeous trees that offered welcome shade as the day warmed up. The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking, and the firepit added to the classic camping experience. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky was incredible, stars everywhere.
Trina, the host, couldn't have been kinder and even shared some fascinating history about the land. It's and ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in nature while still being conveniently close to groceries and other essentials. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning.

The house was wonderful. Her maintenance of the sites was excellent however, the local area had a large amount of dogs barking virtually all night, roosters crowing all night long. They’re also was some kind of moving of mechanical equipment on another property close enough to be heard at approximately 3 AM.

Super cute homestead with good vibes all around. A communal setting with a compost toilet, a shower, water, kitchen, etc. We camped with our 2 dogs and parked right by our site which was nice. Lots of roosters and dogs in the surrounding areas, but the site was pretty peaceful with a nice big tree to pitch our tent under!

I really enjoyed Trina's place; I loved that she let my dog Bandit, play ball off leash. I think Bandit liked her too because he was right behind her "he normally doesn't leave my site" anyway you are provided with the necessities, a 2-burner propane stove, sink where you wash your dishes, she even filters the drinking water and puts it in a glass jug." how sweet is that" there is an out-house, oh and if you want to soak under the stars, there is an old cast-iron tub, you get to experience the way they did it back in the old days, by building a fire under the tub.! " hot tub "and a fire pit where you can hang out and meet new friends. let's not forget the shower also under the stars. " don't worry you have some privacy there" anyway it was my first hipcamp, Bandit and I had fun.

Loved camping here ! Trina was a great host. We arrived late. She made sure to show us around even though it was late. The coolest part was seeing all the chameleon's. We will stay again!

Trina was a lovely host. The area around the pond is very Beautiful. I really enjoyed the beautiful trees and their hanging moss. The most the trees were like old souls on that property.! The host was so welcoming. I felt immediately safe and at home. The only difficulty I experienced was there does happen to be a rooster farm next-door and I am sensitive to the sounds of birds and captivity. Outside of that everything was lovely and did a great price. The host was so kind and gave me some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens when I left. I felt very safe being a solo female 🏕️camper on this property and would recommend it to others.
