Authentic old Florida homestead. Beautiful Spanish moss veiled Grandfather Oak trees, rolling subtle grassy hills and Cypress filled wetlands with an abundant of bird life every day. We raise Nigerian Dairy goats and always have time for goat visits and petting. Our horses are boarded at night and roam freely during the day along with our donkeys. Hiking our land and marked trails, gives you the feeling of serenity and back to nature, clearing your mind so you can remember what nature is all about. Just minutes away are amazing places and parks like the Withlacoochee State park, Hog Island and the Withlacoochee river, where kayaking is a must. Peace and quiet and privacy as you tent, stay in one of our RV's or bring your own. Be part of our AGRITOURISM VENUE and take part in the RANCH EXPERIENCE, a guided visit to meet and pet our livestock, from baby goats to miniature horses! Get to pet one of our over 80 goats and check out our twin turkeys and many chickens.... Pigs are just begging to be scratched as well!!! ENJOY!

Grey Wolf RV at Forest Edge, Nestled next to a cypress forest near the cypress trail head. The Grey Wolf is perfect for couples and couples with children. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and built in cabinetry as well as two windows and a 36" TV (WIFI Provided). The kids area has two twin bunk beds each with it's own window. There is a sofa with a pull out twin bed. There is a wrap around dinette , living room with a fireplace and another 36" TV. The kitchen has a gas range and a microwave. There is plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils and pots and pans. There is a pod coffee maker. The bathroom is private with a shower, sink and toilet. There is even a door to the outside for convenience. The RV has a built in exterior stove top, ice maker and compact refrigerator. There is even yet another 36" TV on the side of the RV.... Enjoy your very private brick paver patio, fire pit, while listening to the exterior speakers. The view is Florida Native trees and plants... Our horses and donkeys sometimes pay a visit as well as deer, turkey and native birds. Complementary bundle of firewood provided at check in. Each site is a personal choice... We provide a pick nick table and fire pit to the site you choose. Our grassy knolls are spotted with large magnolia trees and grandfather oaks with views of the cypress and native forest. They are primitive sites so there is no electricity or water. Water is provided at the camping pavilion where restroom and hot showers are available . We have electricity for phone charging as well. Ours is a working ranch so you'll see horses, donkeys, goats and more. The night time sky is absolutely amazing with views of brilliant stars. Year round camping with plenty of things to do and see on the ranch or nearby. Complementary bundle of firewood upon check-in. Rob and Mike have a jewel in the crown. Their place is well thought out and the bonus of the horses and donkeys having breakfast with us was wonderful! The showers and coffee bar (an added bonus) are spotless. We will be back again.

Amazing camping experience!

Magnolia Hill tent

This was my second trip here with my granddaughter this year. We absolutely love it here. We just love the idea of camping with free roaming horses and donkeys. My granddaughter spends most of the day walking around with them and feeding them apples and carrots. We also really enjoyed hiking the trails. We love taking the tour of the ranch to see all the other animals and hold the baby goats. The campsites and the property have always been well maintained and beautiful. The bathrooms and showers are always clean and you always have hot water. The whole experience that Lucky U provides is simply amazing! The hosts Rob and Mike are the best! They have a genuine love for their animals, property, and people. They provide awesome service and are very accommodating. We are already planning another trip for the summer!

Best place to camp in the area !

We can’t express enough how lovely this ranch is , a beautiful area to camp with hot showers , and some of the best landscapes to wake up too. Rob & Mike are such pleasant people and made sure we were all set and happy through the stay. We also loved that they offer a weekly ranch tour and show you all the animals and even baby goats ! Probably one of the best “campgrounds” I have stayed at yet. We don’t even consider this a campground because there’s so much space between camps it’s truly such a peaceful space to spend time away. All of the springs , beaches and places to explore are within an hour to hour and a half including a 5 minute drive to the local river boat launch. My only advice to anyone staying is a little bug spray and keep your camps tidy and it’s truly a 10/10 place to stay. We are already planning our trip back to magnolia hill and can’t wait to see Rob & Mike again. If you’re thinking about a stay here , go ahead and book it you truly won’t be disappointed.

Small farm charm in Florida!

What a cool little farm! Rob & Mike have an awesome setup on their farm - from the private camp sites to the outdoor shower/bathroom setup they’ve thought of all the small details. Although I was only here for a day, I’d definitely come back for longer next time I’m back in the area. For a first time Hip-Camper they’ve set the bar for what a stay should be. Hands down better than camping on top of others at an RV park or even some cramped state/national parks. Highly recommend!
