This parking site is for people who want to park their boat and/or vehicle on our waterfront lot or are renting one of our RV pads and need parking for another vehicle or boat. This is a parking space only and not for RVs or campers. There is no water, electrical or sewer hookup.

Site 17 has separate parking pad for vehicle and is a flat gravel RV site with sewer, water, and electric hook up. Guests have access to boat launch, lake front, and fishing on Lake Griffin. RV can be up to 30 feet in length and 15 feet wide if towing vehicle is parked in spot next to RV site. With towing vehicle attached, up to 55 feet in length works for site. NOTE: Electrical is 30amp. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. This site is for one RV and one vehicle only. If you need to park another vehicle and/or a boat on the property, you must let us know to determine available parking

Hi, Perfect overnight stay in my van with electricity. Very peaceful and safe. I would stay there again. Shopping and restaurants are just a couple miles away. Thanks

Decent spot with full hookups. A little tight for bigger rigs but the nice folks across the street were kind enough to move their vehicles so I could back in my 43’ fifth wheel.

Plenty of space on the lot for 30ft RV with 2' pop out + truck and boat. Hookups work and are well maintained. Quiet little neighborhood, within sight of the lake. Will use again next time we are back in the area!
