Enjoy Back to Nature. We are sharing with you a part of our Homestead. Very unique by its location, it is a piece of the nature that is close to everything. It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life.  We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).  Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.  We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking. Our guests love staying with us " We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

This place is a absolute dump! The owners are rude and there is no Wi-Fi. Me and my family had nothing to watch on tv all weekend. Once again no Wi-Fi!

Room to Roam!

What a wonderful, wide, open place! Plenty of room to roam and relax. Our only issue was the dirt road with giant potholes with water getting in and out with our 45' toy hauler... But not our awesome host's fault. We would definitely do it again.

Closer to the fire pit
We really enjoyed camping on Roxie's land. The site was spacious, flat and spread out from the other two which made for a sense of privacy. It made for nice views and felt remote even though it was right in town and close to our plans. Roxie was a gracious host and the resident roosters were a great wake up call, didn't need to set an alarm. Would stay again for sure!

Loved this site and the host! Private and quiet in a great location. Close to Daytona Beach and Palm Coast but still quiet. Roxie was a wonderful host. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!

We were really happy with the campsite- Spacious, backing to woods. And the hosts were very friendly. Bonus was interacting with their goose and his sidekick duck who visited us regularly. We will definitely be back!!

We loved the privacy of Roxie’s land. We liked having water and electric hookups although we used them sparingly. There are two geese who visited us each morning but they were friendly and didn’t upset our dog. You will hear bird sounds: roosters and peacocks, but they didn’t bother us at all. The best part of our visit is that we viewed a live Space X launch from Cape Canaveral at night and it was amazing!!!! We drove along the beach one day and discovered Andy Ramano Beach is dog friendly. Next time we’ll plan on taking our 4 wheel drive car onto the beach. We had a great visit and we’ll gladly come again!

Well got there late and it was starting to rain, Roxie was very nice and I could not find my 50 to 30amp plug so she was very sweet and let me borrow one. The site was clean and neat as advertised. We left early the next morning so never was able to enjoy the site further.

We enjoyed staying in the air lot. It's easy access n, n, l, everything is simplified. Checking in was easy. We really enjoy staying. There is nice and quiet. Would stay there again

Calm among the storm

We were in town for Daytona Bike week and were staying in one of the public campgrounds in Ormond Beach. It was crowded! Upon arrival Roxie lead us past her small pet farm to an open area with just enough trees to provide some shade but yet still allow the sun to shine through. We were allowed flexibility to park our unit as we saw fit. We were welcomed by her tame pet goose and duck. And the peacock was a treat! The roosters crow whenever they "think" daylight is near, but it's not annoying. There is plenty of space, unlike the public campgrounds. And it's quiet! Thank you Roxie for being such a great host!

Great location close to Daytona! We ended up having to stay a few extra days due to rain and the hosts were very receptive of us. The area does retain a but of water during heavy rains but a minor issue overall.

Beautiful Campsite Wonderful Hosts

Our 6 nights stay at Roxi's place was amazing. We had a great time camping on her beautiful property. We felt super safe, had a lot of space for our campsite and our pups, and it was private. This camp is close to many amenities and outdoor fun. Roxi was very accommodating and the sweetest most attentive host. We are so very thankful to her for sharing her beautiful property with us. The 50amp electric hookup and water spickot were right by our campsite and easy to hook up too. Roxi provided a trash can for us to place our trash in close by our sute. Bring your bug spray as it is Flordia and there are misquitos, but it wasn't horrible, mainly they appeard at dusk. The property has a great mix of sun and shade which was perfect for us and the pups. We even had room to walk them around the back area of the property and Roxi told us about a great park super close to the property that we could take the dogs to and they loved it. Publix is 5 minutes away along with some great restaurants including Mezzaluna's (the best Itilian food We've ever eaten), a cute little breakfast place (which we will try next time), and other ammenties in the same complex. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this awesome hipcamp! Thanks again Roxi!!!

Roxie was extremely accommodating. I booked her spot kind of last minute and we had no issues. She met us at the gate to show us where to park and even brought us some fire wood so we could have a New Year’s Eve fire! We could see all of the stars as well. I would highly recommend her place.

In the forest and close to the beach was an amazing place. It was like having your own private campground. Roxie the owner was wonderful and more than helpful with getting us settled the first night there. Will definitely return at some point

Great place to stay, had it to ourselves. Had 50 amp power and was able set up next to fire pit. Great location just off the interstate and close to everything.. saw turkeys and deer
