Come get back to nature with camping at your comfort level and YES, we have A/C AND MINI HEATERS and a mini-fridge in all of our cabins. PLEASE note that there IS A PET FEE and AND WOOD FEE and it must be added when you complete booking (as Extras). Kayaks available for rent too! Whether you'd like a tent site (tents available) or a rustic cabin with lofts, we have what you're looking for. Get out of the city and get into nature. Just over an hour drive from Tampa or Orlando and you'll be laying in a hammock or making s'mores by the campfire. BUT REMEMBER, you are IN THE WOODS.. Bugs live in the woods and eliminating them all is never possible. Bring spray :) We spray weekly but there are all kinds of bugs around because you're camping! We even have Kayaks available for rent to head to Crystal River or Lake Henderson!

It's camping with the amenities of electricity (on the property), campfire pit, rustic shower, horseshoes, privacy and serenity. It’s just a short trip to the west visiting manatees and swimming in Crystal River Springs or to the east in Lake Henderson. Hammocks at each site (upon request) and even a tent if you don’t have one for small additional fee (24 needed for tent rental). Ready to get away? We are ready for you. This is my FAVORITE site due to it's size. Bring your tent or rent one of ours and come enjoy the private setting of peace and quiet. It's camping with the amenities of electricity (on the property), a campfire pit, rustic shower, horseshoes, privacy and serenity. It’s just a short trip to the west visiting manatees and swimming in Crystal River Springs or to the east in Lake Henderson. Hammocks at each site (upon request) and even a tent with sleeping bags if you don’t have them for an additional fee. We even have KAYAKS for rent! Ready to get away? We are ready for you.

The Woods III is one of our favorites as it is close to the outdoor shower but still set back in the woods. Enjoy nature as you relax by your firepit with some peace and quiet.

Enjoy the private setting of peace and quiet but with amenities of a rustic shower and potty tent, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, games, firewood-for sale, a hammock, KAYAKS (for rent) and serenity. Two lofts and a futon will sleep 4 people. One adult only in small loft above door! It’s just a short trip to the west to kayak with manatee, swim in Crystal River Springs or head east to Lake Henderson. Ready to get away? We are ready for you. Forget about city life for a while. Enjoy a game of horseshoes or tie up the Kayaks (for additional fee) to your vehicles to paddle down the Crystal River. Firewood available for purchase. Do NOT use any other wood on property without purchase

Are you looking to sit by the campfire, hang out in the hammock or just rest with a good book with no distractions? At this private site called The Beach House, you can do all that and more, and YES, we have A/C, Mini-fridge, and mini heathers in all our cabins. PLEASE NOTE that there IS A PET FEE and you must add it when you complete booking (as extras $10 per pet). Enjoy the private setting of peace and quiet but with amenities like a rustic outdoor shower, outdoor potty area, coffee maker in each cabin, toaster, games, firewood (for sale only or bring your own) and serenity. BUT REMEMBER YOU ARE CAMPING. There will likely be bugs and spiders of all sizes around you. Bring your spray or use ours. We spray weekly! Come enjoy nature at its finest. This was very nice in just about every way, very comfortable and amenities were just what we needed. We will be back, excited about the bathrooms being built- the owners were friendly and super helpful.😊

Stayed here after our original plans fell through. The host was quick to respond and get us in! The site was very cute and private, but if you’re looking for a more remote area this may not be for you. Although in the woods, you still are close enough to hear traffic- which was no problem for us. The outdoor shower was also very cute!! The cold water was definitely refreshing after being in the Florida sun all day. Would definitely stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed the place and host was very helpful and responsive. We really recommend this place if you're looking for something rustic, safe, and surprisingly close even to a Publix! Thanks, we will be back!

This was a gem of a find! Amy’s quick responses were appreciated. We felt very safe on the property. We arrived late in the evening, left early in the morning due to our scheduled commitments. Due to the weather, we ended up sleeping in the car instead of the tent. Waking up to nature was beautiful. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

Such a beautiful and peaceful spot! Amy has a fire pit and firewood available. I love the quaint feel of The Woods III. I definitely want to camp there again!

Absolutely loved camping out on their beautiful property. Very easy to get to and not to far from anything. The Host were extremely helpful and friendly and the property was clean. The best part was the outdoor shower. Will definitely go back if they will have me again.

We loved the Cabin, plenty of room for the 4 of us. We cooked all of our meals in the fire ring. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

I had a great time there. It is a lovely place. Hot shower, nice people. Though I had to leave because of my guest. I still would recommend this place to anyone. My favorite was the swing!

Overall the campsite is really sweet and it’s clear the hosts are putting a lot of effort into creating a welcoming place for campers to stay. They were very responsive when conflict arose between other campers at the site, but weren’t available to come up to resolve it or ask them to leave, and that jeopardized our feeling of safety so we left a day earlier than planned. There also were unclear rules about using the common space, which could be resolved with better signage. Overall there is a lot of potential but some work is needed to make the space feel welcoming, increase privacy, and create clarity for guests.

The land was absolutely beautiful and there was a huge open spot for our tent. In the morning expect to be woken up by all the birds sweet songs. It was super close to crystal river and we took full advantage of that lol. The shower was neat and HOT 😊 though I think it may be well water, it was still so nice to wash off after a day of kayaking. It's easy to find and get in and out. Not to mention the host was very responsive and helpful. You are close to the road so there can be some traffic noise, but it didnt bug us much. Having a Walmart 4 mins away was insanely convenient. Also be sure to hit the biscuit barn that's about 15-20 mins away. 😉 I visited for my birthday at 6 months pregnant and was very comfortable camping here. My kiddo didnt want to leave (mostly because of the flowering trees and the swing) I'd go back in a heartbeat 💗

These hosts know how to set up a hip camp for whatever your looking for. They have private, by the amenities, and even awesome looking cabins that were eventually going to try out. Our favorite part was the security of the locked property. Top 5 in our experience hip camping.

Very nice hipcamp if you've been "hipping" for a while you'll notice this spot has everything to make you feel comfortable. Shower was awesome!! Only downside is it's really close to traffic on the highway that you can hear. 8/10!

I loved how secluded it was and secure, I felt safe and cozy. The beach House was perfect size and allowed enough space for my family. The shower was creative, the potty was adventurous and country. The trail was fun. We were privileged with having no other campers and it was private. My husband and I enjoyed the horseshoe game.

Overall we had a good time. We always do. Our site The Woods was nice and private. There is a main road next to site and pretty busy but not a huge deal. The other 2 sites I definitely would not recommend. The pictures on the listing are only of THE WOODS( none of The woods too or The Woods III). Site 2 and 3 are pretty much out in the open. And don’t look like they have been used in a long time. The cabins on the property looked nice. There was construction going on every day that we there. So that was a huge disappointment. The whole place needs some TLC, but does have a lot of potential. Amy was very good at getting back to me with all my questions when booking.
