All those pretty horses!
This place is perfect for relaxing! No annoying noises just nature and horses. And not to forget an incredibly nice and charming host. It was so nice talking to Mindy! Power, water and sewage by the side. To cut a long story short:

A lovely host (avoid politics) . The site was a bit run down. At one point an attempt was made to clean it up but the effort has faded and they were hit hard by last year's hurricanes. Facilities (water/power /septic ) were great. We managed to miss the pond somehow but it was a rainy day. It was quiet and secluded while we were there (other than the much appreciated roosters). Overall it was a great spot for our first trip.

Mindy was very kind and accommodating. Property is nice and remote, enjoyed a nice fire and turkeys out in the pasture in the morning were really cool.

I stayed two nights at Mindy’s land with tents. Mindy was extremely accommodating right from the beginning. Very easy to communicate with as I drove to get to her Farm.
The tent sites all have a fire place with firewood available to use and really clean sites. Plenty of area to connect to power. My site was very close to the bathroom which was very convenient. Location is close to the beach, springs, and plenty of off road trails to be in nature.
The absolute highlight of the trip was waking up in the morning to all the farm animals. Mindy is an amazing host and introduced us to her horses, turkey, pony and even her pups. It was a truly amazing experience to see her tend to her farm. I will be back!

The farm is super nice and Mindy is a fantastic host. She had lot of stories and lot of passion for her animals. My son loved the stay, unfortunately we had to leave too soon, but we will be back. Oh, Mario the turkey is a star!

We had a great spot for our camper. My grandson loved giving the horses a treat. Mindy showed him around the farm and he got to see the horses, cows, dog. Cat and turkey.
Her site has a shower, sink with hot water and a flushed toilet.
We were very close to De Leon springs where we spent the day.
Mindy is very friendly and will give you your space or answer questions if you'd like.

We enjoyed so much our trip at Mindy’s place. We will surely return in the future. It is literally like a paradise, so peacefull. And Mindy is very nice, we had great conversations with her. The kids loved to see all the animals, the parents too ;)

Mindy’s farm is always a good time!! Highly recommend. This was our second trip here and we can’t wait to come back! 37’ 5th wheel in Site 9 had no problems even though it is a pull in site. Plenty of room to get unhooked.

Location is super convenient to Volusia Speedway Park. Host’s directions were slightly confusing. We twice pulled into the wrong driveway. Host Mindy is super nice and helpful. Surrounding and bathroom facilities could use some sprucing up.

Florida fun on the farm
We had a great time at Mindy’s. She was super friendly and helpful. The campsite was great with 30amp power, water, sewer and a fire pit. The bathhouse was rustic but clever and usable. We enjoyed getting a tour of the farm, meeting the animals, and our daughter loved her horseback riding lesson. It was quiet and shady and the perfect little weekend get away.

Florida fun on the farm
This was a fun filled weekend of camping in an RV with 4 adults and two small children. The campsite for the RV had everything we needed along with a nice fire pit we cooked on and a flush toilet and shower house. The site was next to two cute goats which the children loved. Mindy did a farm tour so we could see the animals more closely and the kids fed the horses. Mindy is an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable.

This was the first time my husband and I used hipcamp and it won't be our last. Mindy was so gracious helping us get settled in. The farm was great, lots of animals, especially a very talkative turkey. We got to a point where we looked forward to the gobble gobble. We rode our bikes all over the property. There is a youth camp across the road and it was wonderful to ride and see the buildings (with permission of course) I loved the farm, the people and especially the animals. I highly recommend Fun on the Farm. We will be returning.

Mindy is an amazing host that will tell you all the great things to do in the area! sugar Mill restaurant where you cook your own pancakes and it’s all you can eat for $8!
This property is great and away from town. Lots of animals, but DON’T feed them! They’re all super friendly!
This property is geared towards RVs. There is no hot water for the shower so be prepared.

We loved staying on the farm. Mindy was a great host and the property was beautiful. The only drawback was that the bathroom/shower is in a plastic shed and doesn't really have that hot of water. Definitely recommended for RVers with their own shower.

Absolutely wonderful trip at Mindy’s farm! She is an amazing hostess, and the farm is such a beautiful, peaceful place. She meticulously cares for all the horses, chickens, goats, turkeys and cows. She involved our kids in education about the animals and farm life. We left feeling like we had stayed the weekend with family! We stayed in site 3 with a 37ft 5th wheel. It is a 30amp site so bring a dogbone if needed. Site 1 is the only 50amp site. I would absolutely recommend visiting Mindy’s farm!!

Overall not a bad place to stay but we thought we’d get a farm tour and we never got to do that (wasn’t given). Having a bathroom on site was a big plus. Directions are misleading. Do NOT turn at the first Sheriff’s sign you see, keep going straight until you see a second sign, then turn right. Otherwise you’ll run into some really unhappy neighbors that informed us this is an “illegal” campground as the county has not yet approved it. Mindy was very nice, just seemed really busy. It says horseback riding but that was not offered either. There’s really nothing to do here on site.

We brought 2 travel trailers to Florida Fun on the Farm. It was a bit of a situation finding the property. Arrival is on a narrow dirt road. Full disclosure-there is no concrete pad and the ground is sort of level. Besides a rough start, Mindy and her friends made us feel very welcome, gave us a tour of her awesome animals and we really had a great time! It was peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely go back.

Mindy’s spot on her farm was beyond beautiful! Everything was set up so that we could hook up easily, and she made sure to provide every possible comfort we could need. After we got settled she gave us a tour of the whole property, showed us the grounds and introduced us to all her lovely animals 😍😍 the property is close to many springs that have day-use areas available, so definitely check those out. We can’t wait to go back for a few more days to enjoy the peace and nature at Mindy’s place!!!

Our stay at here for 8 nights was a very pleasant one (in a small camper and a tent). Having the water, electrical, and sewage hookups were great. We loved being the only guests in the beautiful setting on the farm under the trees. Mindy and her friends and family were generous hosts, and she greeted us each morning if she saw us or as she passed by doing the chores, and she always afforded us our privacy. We were welcome to interact with the animals. She made us feel at home. (Mindy invited the 3 of us to Thanksgiving dinner under the trees with her friends. Such fun!) She shared some tools and needed supplies for a project.
The bathroom was unique, and a clever idea, we thought, making an outdoor storage shed into a bathroom. However, with the current condition of the bathroom/shower, it would have been difficult to share it with another party. Because of a specific problem, we had only cold water. Mindy offered to make arrangements for us to shower with warm water if we gave her some notice, but we chose to take “camping/primitive” baths in the shower area using warm water from the camper. Also, because the bathroom was unlevel, the water from the shower area pooled under the shower to the toilet area, leaving the floor soaking wet. The sink (cold water only) and toilet were fine.
I would recommend this campsite with the understanding that the bathroom needs some repairs, and campers may do fine without having to use that space. It is certainly a peaceful place.

Mindy’s farm and our entire experience was truly wonderful. The farm is beautiful and the animals are lovely, it was fun getting to know all of them. Mindy, Pam and team were very accommodating, friendly, and caring. We even had great neighbors by our site who we now call friends.

We booked our stay with Mindy so we could enjoy Biketoberfest ‘22 while also camping. Leading up to the stay, communication was excellent and she responded quickly to questions we had in our preparations. The day of our arrival, she coordinated meeting us at the corner so she could lead us into the property and direct us to our site. She and her family were welcoming and willing to assist with anything and everything we could need. The hospitality is on point! The property is spectacular, peaceful, and serene. But close enough to the venues hosting Biketoberfest to make it worth our stay. This was also our first HipCamp experience. Thank you so much to Mindy - we’d highly recommend checking out her camping offerings!

Peaceful, quiet, serene atmosphere made for the perfect get-away from the hustle and bustle. Mindy was an excellent host and introduced us to all farm residents. Plenty to do nearby as well. My wife and I will certainly visit again.

We had an amazing time at Mindys farm. We live just 30 min away from here and really just wanted to get away for the night so we loaded up the camper and took our 2 year old for a little adventure. We all had a great, relaxing time meeting all the animals, cooking smores over a fire, and fishing the next morning. Mindy was a fantastic host. She met us and drove in with us, helped my husband park, made us feel very welcome, had full hook ups available with water power and even sewer. A nice washroom facility on top of it. The next morning because we mentioned fishing she even brought us a hook (that we failed to bring). 10/10 highly recommend.
