Tucked among towering oak trees on a private property in DeLand, Florida, our RV spots offer something increasingly rare: full hookups, genuine privacy, and a natural setting without the crowded campground feel. Both spots come with full electric, water, and sewer hookups and ample parking. Spot A includes its own outdoor shower, picnic table, and private seating area — perfect for slow mornings before you head out to the springs. And yes — the springs. You're 7 miles from Blue Springs State Park, one of Florida's most loved natural treasures and the best place in the state to swim with manatees (November through March). DeLeon Springs, the St. Johns River, and the charming restaurants and shops of historic downtown DeLand are all within easy reach. Our property is also home to a one-of-a-kind geodesic dome — you'll spot it when you arrive. It makes for quite a backdrop. Dogs are very welcome here. We ask that they stay leashed outside, and a fenced dog run is on the way. This is a private property, not a park — expect shade, quiet, and good neighbors. Longer stay in mind? Reach out directly — we love welcoming extended guests who are a great fit. Some RV spots are just a place to park. This one feels like a place to actually land. The Hideaway is a private full-hookup site tucked beneath a canopy of towering live oaks on our quiet DeLand property. You've got your own outdoor shower, a picnic table, and a shaded seating area — the kind of setup that has you lingering over morning coffee longer than you planned. Full electric, water, and sewer hookups mean you're not roughing it. Ample parking means you're not squeezing in. And the oak tree canopy means you're not baking in the Florida sun. We're 7 miles from Blue Springs State Park — one of Florida's most beloved natural springs and the best place in the state to swim alongside manatees in winter. DeLeon Springs, the St. Johns River, and the restaurants and shops of historic downtown DeLand are all within a few miles. This is a genuinely great home base for exploring Central Florida's springs country. Your dogs are welcome here. Leash rules apply outside, and a fenced dog run is on its way. A note on the neighborhood: our property is also home to The DeLand Dome, a one-of-a-kind geodesic dome right next door. You'll see it when you arrive. Guests always do a double-take — it never gets old. This is a private property, not a park. No office, no pool, no shuffle board. Just shade, quiet, good hookups, and enough space to feel like you have the place to yourself. If you're thinking about staying longer than a month, reach out — we love welcoming extended guests who are a great fit.
