Nobody was there to greet us when we arrived, but when I asked for the exact address, the owner replied quickly and gave clear instructions. The number on the power pole was different from the one in the message, but luckily one of the neighbors kindly showed us the right spot.
It felt a bit spooky at night, but in the morning we were welcomed by a herd of friendly horses — they loved being petted! 🐴
The grass could use a little mowing, but it wasn’t a big issue. The water and sewer hookups were a bit farther from the power connection, though that also wasn’t a major problem. Overall, a positive experience — just better to arrive before dark! 🌙

This is a very quiet spot, it's not crowded at all, I didn't see another human the whole time. Lots of horses, I was hoping to see the donkey, but it never surfaced. The water appears to be well water, but it's clean, no smell, no issues. Very nice place.

Waking up to say "hay" to 7-8 horses was pretty damn cool, including 4 young ones. You stay on the side where the grass is greener so they loved getting the good stuff from us.
Overall, just very peaceful, quiet, private, and surrounded by nature. A few box turtles walking around. All that is stuff we like. It is not for everybody, but we loved it.

Loved staying here! We were learning with a new RV and 4 large dogs. Quiet country feel but also close to shopping for anything you forget. The horses and their babies were friendly and beautiful!

Perfect location with plenty of privacy but still just minutes from anything you could ever need. The site was easy to get into and out of. Very private with a view of the horse pasture next door. It’s a jewel in the middle of everything.

The site was accurately described and portrayed. We were very grateful for all the hook ups and it is a very private site that is yours alone. We camped there to be somewhat near St Augustine and for this, it was suitable. It was easy to get to, the directions were spot-on and access was simple despite host not being on-site. It was quiet. The site is located at the end of a subdivision that then ends with farming and other ag lands that make it seem somewhat remote. However, the electric post was not near the water/sewage "dog-house," and so the choice of where to place the camper was restricted. Because it was without any other improvements/amenities, it seemed the price wasn't competitive with other campgrounds (no showers, for example. We aren't looking for swimming pools, video arcades, crafting, entertainment or wi-fi). That being said, the best entertainment were the horses! There were precious colts romping around and a new foal was born early in the morning of our last day. As we pulled out of the site, the neighbors were intrigued with the new birth, sharing with us their delight.

Peaceful and relaxing. The horses are so cute and sweet.
Hosts were accommodating and let us check out later. Definitely will stay again and hope we can bring some family to camp if they expand to another hook up site.

Camping with our travel trailer on this property was a great experience. It was peaceful and secluded but still close to restaurants and stores. My grandkids and dogs loved the horses. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at this peaceful site. Our grand babies came out one afternoon and loved meeting the horses and donkey. This location is perfect for a quiet getaway that close enough to shopping. We’ve already booked our next stay.
As a side note: be cautious of the area to the right of the power pole and ground is soft and sandy. Our rig got stuck in the sand.

I couldn't have asked for a better host, or been any luckier in finding a great place for the family to settle for a short while. Close enough to work in Jacksonville but feeling away from it all when at the RV. I wouldn't look anywhere else if I needed a place for my family and dogs to be comfortable.

We loved our stay. Everything as described, although we couldn't use the covered area because it was too far from the hook ups. Our pups loved the open land to safely run and play. Too bad the weather was extremely hot to spend much time outdoors but we did enjoy it. Thanks for letting us stay!!

The land was awesome! Waking up to horses in the morning was by far my favorite. It was honestly a sight unlike I’ve ever seen before. My dog was having a blast. It’s a great space for a quick over night stop, a weekend or more! So comfortable and awesome location. 10/10 recommend!!

This site is a gem on the outskirts of Jacksonville. A plot of land used to keep horses that is quiet and lovely. The fact that it has a full hook-up is a bonus.
In the morning we had breakfast at a nearby restaurant and visited a thrift store. We then made a side trip to a park on the other side of Jacksonville with a challenging trail and enjoyed it very much, especially the view of the river.
The horses came over to us on our last night and in the morning before we left. They certainly liked the apples we offered them.

Tons of space and a nice, quiet retreat to settle and camp. The power and water were great to have but the sewage dump is a bit tricky. Having said that we managed fine and I know that improvements in that regard are in the works. We had a great stay there and our dogs enjoyed the space to run and burn off a little energy! We would definitely recommend this spot to other travelers and would stay here again in the future.

Amazing spring break! You can camp under the roofed structure (lot's of shade and breeze) or choose grassy area - we did both and enjoyed both! The horses are super cute and friendly, we bought them apples and gave them treat every morning.
You can drive to Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park easily to spend a day at the beach if you want. It was nice to be away from city yet so very close!

Love watching horses, especially since I had to leave mine behind! Very private location and enjoyed our stay. We had the whole property to ourselves. Very convenient to everything. I would stay again with different expectations. The large pavilion only has 110 and water and is approximately 50 yards from the 50 amp plug. The dump is inside the "dog house" structure, so your hose must go up and over about 2.5 feet, then it's an open hole right next to the water filter that is also in the "dog house" ... at least that's what we could see. We couldn't figure out how to dump without making a stinky mess, so we didn't. The site next to the 50 amp is not shaded, so know how the sun sets before setting up to grab some shade. No wifi, but our Verizon worked well as a hot spot. We had several TV stations if interested. I don't mean for to sound negative, but more informative. We enjoyed our stay.

What a great setup they have. Super private, and so nice to hang out with the horses. And the donkey! While heading down toward north Florida we saw that there was a big two day rain/wind event happening, and noticed that they had an open air barn with power/water. It was pretty awesome to use the barn as a haven from the weather and still be able to do our camping thing. Plus, the farm is very close to groceries (and just about everything else you can think of) while still feeling very much like you are in a remote area. It’s also very easy to pop into JAX as well. Great place and couldn’t have been happier.

The conveniences of a city stay with the peacefulness of being far away. The activity of Jacksonville is near by but you wouldn’t know it until you pull far out of of the driveway— and St Augustine is an easy day trip. Safe and peaceful behind gate—slept with our windows and door open. And the domesticated and wild critters were hilariously entertaining (but not nuisance)— donkey greeted us, horses moved majestically, a barking squirrel visited and a gopher tortoise seen hiding nearby in the few days we were there.
