The property is located about 3 miles off I-95 (Exit 101) and 3 miles off the Florida Turnpike at the Stuart exit, directly across the street from a Costco shopping center, and sits on the St. Lucie River. The property is called 2Waterview, and additional aerial views and information can be found on the 2Waterview website, including details about kayaks, bicycles, and convenient access to downtown Stuart. The gravel drive is nicely set up for RVs. We offer 30-amp and 50-amp electrical hookups, water and sewer connections, plus an outdoor shower and dog wash.Site one is beautifully situated 3 miles off the turnpike Stuart exit or 3 miles off exit 101 I-95 directly across the street from Costco at the corner of Legacy Way and Kanner Highway in Stuart, Florida. there is a nice patio to relax on a very large comfortable shower as well as an elevated dog wash station. We offered kayaks in a canoe to explore the St. Lucie river and surrounding estuaries as well as bicycles to go to downtown Stuart or local restaurants and shops.
