Escape to wide-open skies on our peaceful five-acre property. Your campsite features its own private entrance and a level dry-camping pad, perfect for large rigs and couples seeking a quiet getaway. Our land is home to three resident horses, expansive views, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We are an easy, scenic drive to Colorado Springs, the Air Force Academy, Black Forest, Palmer Lake, Monument, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak—making this an ideal base for exploring Southern Colorado. We are also conveniently located less than a half-mile away from the Latigo Trails Equestrian Center and Bucks and Blues Grill. Your stay includes dry camping for self-contained RVs and campers, trash disposal, and access to a water spigot for filling containers. As this is a primitive experience, please remember to bring your own power source and water storage, and ensure you have a waste plan as we only accommodate self-contained rigs. For those traveling with animals, we can accommodate up to three horses in our 60-foot round pen. We are happy to provide a water trough, but we ask that you bring your own feed. Please message us ahead of time if you plan to bring your horses so we can make the necessary arrangements. This spot is a wonderful choice for rodeo and horse-event travelers, RVers heading north or south on I-25, families visiting the Colorado Springs or Denver areas, and remote workers seeking a peaceful place to land.Enjoy a peaceful, level dry-camping site with your own private entrance.
