Escape to wide‑open skies on our peaceful 5‑acre property. Your campsite has its own private entrance and a level dry‑camping pad, perfect for large rigs and one couple. Our land is home to three horses, big views, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We’re an easy, scenic drive to Colorado Springs, the Air Force Academy, Black Forest, Palmer Lake, Monument, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak—an ideal base for exploring Southern Colorado. We are less than 1/2 mile away from the Latigo Trails Equestrian Center and Bucks and Blues Grill. What’s included: dry camping for self‑contained RVs/campers, trash disposal, and a water spigot for filling containers. Good to know: bring your own power source, water storage, and waste plan (self‑contained rigs only). We can accommodate up to 3 horses in our 60ft round pen. If you plan to bring a horse(s), we can provide a water trough, but bring your own feed. Please message us if you plan to bring a horse(s) to make arrangements. This spot is great for rodeo and horse‑event travelers, RVers heading north or south on I‑25, families visiting Colorado Springs or Denver, and remote workers seeking a peaceful place to land.Enjoy a peaceful, level dry-camping site with your own private entrance.
