Learn more about this land: Nice and quiet residential area in Fraser Colorado, 5 minutes to Downtown Fraser, featuring Safeway, Wendys, Murdocks, Ace Hardware, laundromat, restaurants, bars liquor stores, gas station, ski rental and 7 minutes from downtown Winter Park, movie theater and bowling. 10 minutes to the ski slopes in Winter Park and Mary Jane, 30 minutes from Granby and 40 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, lots of hiking and biking around the campsite, big fire ring to roast marshmallows, (summer only obviously). We can provide you with fresh water, but no dumping available. Generators are ok during the day, within reason. Pets are ok if you pick up their poop.

      Everything was perfect. We brought our dog and 9yo daughter. Set up our tent and had a great time. The area was quiet and easy access. There’s a green space/park when you pull off the highway that was really nice for our dog and the bathrooms were clean!
