Absolutely beautiful stay - had everything we needed for a quick pit stop to get some rest and wake up to a beautiful sunrise. Tess was helpful and communicative.

We loved the wagon and it suited our needs perfectly. Tess is an amazing host and I had a blast in yoga! We will definitely visit again!

Far & Away the Best Experience I have Ever had in Colorado & Hipcamp Overall!! Breathtaking views, Beautiful Land that you can tell upon arrival is thoughtfully maintained & well cared for. I met Tess the host upon arrival & her warm welcome and continued hospitality throughout my stay was a 12 out of 10. I could write a lot more but don’t think twice & treat yourself to this Magical Oasis in the Mountains. Not to mention a very short Beautiful drive from Denver. I can’t wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay on Tess’s land. We were on a trip to NM, and needed a place to stay on the way. The wagon was very cozy and stayed warm, and the mattress was comfortable. The artistic touches were really unique, and the view was gorgeous!

The host was kind, however this place should not be classified as glamping. If you were looking for a comfortable bed to spend a night at, this place would suffice, but it is very crammed with minimal amenities so I would not recommend it if looking for a glamping spot.

This is such a beautiful stay! The views are absolutely stunning. I had loved how everything had set up inside & the outdoors was super cozy. I definitely recommend checking out this space and enjoy the stay! I’d love to come out again to spend the whole day there since I got other plans throughout the day and arrived about 7:30/8pm, it was still such a pleasant stay for few hours. The drive through the mountains was absolutely stunning too! I can’t imagine how the sunset & sunrise views would be so beautiful to see up there! I can’t say enough of how beautiful this space is, you won’t regret one bit for staying here!

Easy to find. Unique, gorgeous.
So many special and unique touches. Stayed warm and dry through the summer time.
Host was easy to communicate with and gracious.
Space met all my needs and exceeded my expectations.
The Yoga studio was magical and the yoga class with the host the next morning was really great for my back and mental health.
Definitely hoping to come back.

Put your electronics down, breath the fresh mountain air and be prepared to take a step back in time. The bed is comfy with plenty of room. The wagon is cozy, just big enough fir the 2 of you. A very rustic experience. I highly recommend for any occasion. Fellas if you're looking for romance, or a place to ask the question, this is it. Amazing host, I look forward to seeing Tess again in the future.

The tipi was large and SO cozy! The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of blankets to keep warm. We also really enjoyed the ambience the solar lights created in the tipi at night! And the views from the tipi were incredible!
It was nice to have a bathroom, sink and shower (this is a walk up a small path from the tipi) there’s also a kitchenette with some cooking supplies, coffee ect.
Tess has poured her heart into this beautiful property, we were fascinated to hear how much work and art she’s put into the tipi to make this place a truly special and unique stay! We communicated with her on when we’d arrive and she let us know exactly where to park and met with us upon arrival. We also did a Ariel yoga class with Tess in the morning and had a blast!
