This property is close to the small towns of Hartsel, Lake George, Fairplay, and Buena Vista. You are also short driving distance from larger cities of Denver, Colorado Springs, and Breckenridge. World-class Fishing nearby at 3 different Reservoirs as well as the South Platte River. Enjoy trout fishing and boating at the Spinney Mountain and Eleven Mile Reservoirs only thirty minutes away. Each year, Colorado Parks and Wildlife stocks 100,000 – 140,000 catchable trout into Eleven Mile and Spinney Mountain Reservoirs. Year-round fishing (ice allowed) available at the Antero Reservoir, only thirty minutes to the west. Pike National Forest nearby for Hiking, Mountain Biking, & Camping. Conveniently located just up the road from the small town of Hartsel, a short drive for supplies, shopping, or restaurants in town. Fairplay is thirty minutes away for when you want the options of a different town. The town of Lake George is thirty minutes to the east, and features multiple restaurants, stores, library, and a post office. The larger town of Buena Vista, with rafting on the Arkansas River is less than an hour to the west. Breckenridge with its world class skiing and year-round alpine activities is an hour away.
