Very pretty setting and so quiet and peaceful. Loved the chickens and goats nearby! Brianna is extremely helpful with any needs. We also enjoyed the short walk to the private lake close by that had geese and ducks. We would definitely stay again!!

Brianna's place was great! It was easy to find and there was plenty of room for our 34' 5th wheel. Brianna, Don, and the kids are friendly and welcoming. She has water available along with trash and recycling. Their animals are very cute, and we enjoyed watching the chickens and goats.

This was a great base camp for us while visiting the Durango area for July 4th weekend. Brianna and her family were very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The spot where our camper went was perfect to see the sunrises in the morning and full moon for the month. We did day trips to Mesa Verde, Four Corners, Shiprock, Ouray and Silverton. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Colorado and would love to come back to see more!

Country Homestead was lovely. We were parked under a shade tree with chickens and goats nearby. It was close enough and far enough away from town. The hosts were great communicators and completely unobtrusive. I would recommend the Homestead to anyone that is looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Downtown Durango is readily accessible from this lovely property that is off the beaten path with beautiful mountain views. There is easy access to the yard for parking near the electrical outlet and water fill, which requires some assistance from the property owners. There may even be fresh eggs available from the owners’ hens!
Brianna and Don are friendly and very helpful with hiking suggestions.

This couldn’t have been an easier experience! I chose the site because I was flying into Durango at night and the reviews were great. It was just the right fit for my van. The property was so close to the Durango airport, and Brianna couldn’t have made things easier for me. It was nice to be greeted by such a kind a helpful person and she continued to offer helpful advice until I left. I felt I had privacy and hike also feeling safe. The chickens and goats were an awesome morning welcome wagon too.
I’d stay here again for sure!

This was the perfect spot for a mountain biker with a playful puppy! Close to Durango's historical downtown and famous mountain bike trails. There is a small lake a 2-minute walk from the house, with a dirt path, perfect for water dogs and walks. There are chickens and goats on the farm, which were very adorable and fun to see and did NOT bother me or wake me up while I was sleeping. (I was told it might be a problem, but it wasn't.) Brianna was SUPER fast and responsive, and even came out in the cold to help me get settled in (even though it's a pretty easy spot to get into and out of). She was VERY above and beyond, and I will 100% stay with them again next time I'm in Durango.

We were looking for a nice location where we could be away from lots of people and campers. Brianna's location was in the country. We took our dirt bikes and found many dirt roads to explore. Her community had a beautiful bridge to cross that led into the neighborhood ( each house was placed on many acres). Only vehicles belonging to this area were permitted making it nice and quiet and secure. We knew our camper was safe because of the remoteness and nice people.
