We would definitely camp here again! It's lovely little enclave surrounded by beautiful Aspens and coniferous trees. Having the porta potty right there was extremely convenient. And not to mention the sky at night when it was clear sans clouds.... just WOW. Milky way did not disappoint. Thank you for sharing your property! What a special place.

The campsite provided an alternative to the crowds and restrictions of campground camping. The nearby mountains are easily accessible from the site. During my two-night stay I enjoyed a leisurely hike around Jefferson Lake and a more challenging hike to the top of French Pass. The outhouse and trash bin are nice conveniences. I didn't get to meet the owner during my visit. Be aware that the campsite is located within a wooded residential development, close by the owner's house and surrounded by private property. There's little reason to spend much time at the site during daylight hours.

The site was easy to get to, I understand why she doesn't allow campfires, but a fire pit that hooking up a propane tank for guests to use would be nice at night. Saw elks and lots of raptors

Tent camping at Erin’s was a nice experience. The spot was flat, had a portable facility and water. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the camping area with the pine + aspen trees! The ports potty + camping chairs + water were a nice bonus, too. The highlight of the spot was the 50+ elk that ran by one night, absolutely magical.

My friend and I accidentally showed up a little earlier than our check in time, but Erin and her 2 pups still greeted us with huge smiles. She gave us great recommendations for things to do nearby so we ended up going to Fairplay's last summer concert and it was really fun! We got free peaches & ice cream, listened to some awesome blues/classic rock music and danced in the rain. She had a clean porta potty to use which was super convenient, beautiful campgrounds with perfect views of the night sky and a spigot for us to use in case we needed to wash anything. It did get pretty cold up there at night so make sure to bring plenty of blankets and cold weather gear. The last icing on the cake was seeing a HUGE herd of about 70 elk the next morning, including the babies. The most I've ever seen at once. I highly recommend staying here if you want to get away, disconnect and enjoy mother nature to its fullest.

I had a wonderful time on Erin's property. She was extremely nice and accommodating. The area is beautiful. We saw a heard of elk and millions of star. Over all it was a great one night getaway. Thanks Erin!!!

Beautiful and secluded camping spot! Erin was a great host and gave us helpful local recommendations. The campsite had everything we needed, and it we enjoyed seeing the stars at night and waking up to the birds. The friendly greeting from golden retrievers was a bonus!

The most perfect place to stay! Erin was so awesome with great suggestions, and Rider and Ruger (sorry if I spelt wrong) were the cherry on top! The site was secluded and had a perfect place for a tent. Loved having a toilet on site, and chairs to kick back and relax in. There was so much to explore right off of the campsite. Definitely recommend getting a burger and fries at hungry moose kaboose right off of 285 next to where you turn off. I will definitely be back! This is a safe place to camp alone if you are looking for that.

This spot was absolutely perfect, off the beaten path of I-70 and extremely private. The woods are magical and there's no way you could get privacy like this at a public campground!

Highly suggest staying at Camp R&R if you’re thinking of heading to this part of CO. The property is amazing, with lots of room to walk about, and check out the wildlife.
