Timberline Ranch (TLR) is just a hop off the Highway - but a world away from the hustle and bustle of 'the city". Come connect with the land , experience nature and relax and enjoy the land around you OR go on an adventure to any of the great outdoor recreation spots in the area. Timberline Ranch sits at the base of South Fork Mountain, has private Mad River access, Is only 20 minutes from Ruth Lake as well as many other outdoor adventures just awaiting for you to come!!! Rivers, hiking, fishing, boating, hunting, sunbathing, swimming or doing absolutely nothing at all!! Its right here at your fingertips at Timberline Ranch. Hope to see you soon 😁 We also have space, trails and fenced livestock areas for any horse campers available!! Please inquire about any of these needs :) Make TLR Great Again!! We are hoping folks show enough interest in enjoying the land here at TLR as much as we do. The more RV/Campers we get - the more we can do to improve EVERYONES stay and experiences. 100% of the booking fees we receive (after broker fees and direct property expenses) will go towards TLR Infrastructure improvements!!! We are actively making improvements here at TLR. This summer's big project is remodeling 3 of the 4 bathrooms. We have left one bathroom functioning and it will get a makeover once we can use the new bathrooms - old and funky - but operational!! Look for fresh bathrooms by fall!!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLLINS TILE FOR COMING TO HELP MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!! Next year, our plans are to expand and improve the kitchen/dining space of the common lodge area. This space will be available to all campers, and lodgers. It is available now - but rustic and funky!! Help us make TLR great again 😁🙏

Undeveloped site so far. This site has hot morning sun and shade in afternoon. No power at site but does have power available nearby for use. Easy river access. Small 2-3 ft climb down embankment. Private and secluded island available for use so long as you are able to cross river. Summer crossing is slow and shallow. Can easily float day use supplies over ;) Island available for all TLR guests. All sites will be improved based on customer feedback. TLR is under development ;)
