"If you got the sight, we got the views." Our property sits on top of a hill on 10 acres of beautiful panoramic views of Cahuilla and, Palomar mountain along with rolling hills of large rock formation and colorful wildflowers in the spring. Nestled up to the wildlife preserve of the government bureau of land management which provides more of a quiet and private setting to enjoy what nature has to offer. You will see Jack rabbits and cotton tail bunnies, roadrunners, quail, owls, different type of birds, hawks, coyote, lizards, snakes and even some toads. On occasion you may see deer, Bob cats, mountain lion along with endangered kangaroo mice, The beautiful night sky is easy to see planets and shooting stars without the interruption of city lights. There are many trails to walk, hike, bike and horse back ride where you can discover large boulders in different shapes and sizes along with hidden caves. A variety of rocks and minerals can be found for those rock hound enthusiasts as well. At the camp site you will find a horseshoe pit ,indoor and outdoor games and treasure hunts for everyone to enjoy. If you want to bring your own set of golf clubs you can even hit some balls! We allow pets for a $10 per pet/per booking. If you want to bring a pet, please add the pet fee listed as an extra during the booking process. There are off road areas nearby. Bring your motor bike, quad or buggy and throw up some dirt. Not too far there is a Casino, a store open 24 hrs. and a restaurant call for hours. 20-30 minutes away from the Temecula stores and wineries. You don’t have to worry about packing up a bunch of camping equipment, our camp provides a 35 foot RV if you prefer a roof over your head and a place to sit down for a meal. The power runs off a generator ( you will need to provide your own fuel. it is a 5 gallon capacity). has indoor and outdoor lights, a radio, outlets to plug in a fan or heater or a phone/computer. There are dishes and utensils,pots/pans and a toilet. Outside water is provided to wash up and clean the dishes. There is a propane b.b.q, propane fire ring, outdoor bench, table and camp chairs. included in the cost. Please contact me if you may have any questions. We aim to please to make your stay enjoyable. the "Star Gazer" This site is for Tent camping only 2 people per booking and an additional $10 per person up to 5 people. Pets are additional $10 per pet. This site sits on top of a hill with beautiful views and plenty of room to set up your own tent and you will need to provide your portable toilet, BBQ. We do provide water for washing up, dishes which is shared with the RV site. You will find a horseshoe pit, hiking and biking trails. it is quiet, private and peaceful and the night skies are clear with thousands of stars to see. If you would like to get away from the city, this is the place you will want to be.

Kamp Snoozy is a site to park your own RV, camper, van to sleep in. It must be fully contained. There is no restroom or septic. There is water available in a sink provide to clean up, wash your hands and dishes. We are located in Aguanga, Ca. on 10 acres of land with beautiful views of mountains and hilltops up against 100 of acres of wildlife, where you can go hiking, biking, rock hunting and OHV trails nearby to ride your motorcycles, quads. and off-road vehicles. It is private, quiet and peaceful and beautiful night skies. not to far from the site is a casino, small store and gas station open 24hrs and a restaurant that closes at 9-10pm. We are approximately 30 minutes from Temecula where you will find stores, restaurants and the Wineries.

Welcome to our Camp-Sight “If you have the sight, we have the views.” located in Aguanga,Ca. The camp sits on top of a hill on 10 acres of beautiful panoramic views of Cahuilla, Idyllwild and Palomar mountains, along with rolling hills with undisturbed wildlife preserve. You will see sage, cactus, wild plants and in the spring, wild flowers of many colors. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The night sky is covered with hundreds of stars to gaze at and shooting stars to see on a clear night. It is nestled up next to the wildlife preserve owned by the government (Bureau of Land Management) with hundreds of acres which provides more of a quiet and private setting to enjoy what nature has to offer. The Local wildlife species include jack rabbits, desert cottontail bunnies, quail, hawks, roadrunners, lizards, bull frogs, coyotes and occasionally deer, snakes, bobcats and small critters. There are many trails to walk, hike and horseback ride and discover large boulders and hidden caves. A variety of rocks and minerals can be found for those rock hound enthusiasts. You don’t have to worry about packing up a bunch of camping equipment, this camp site provides a 35 foot clean RV to sleep in and is big enough for 4 people to enjoy in comfort. It has dishes and utensils, a toilet inside the RV, plenty of camp chairs and a comfy outdoor couch with table, propane b.b.q and propane fire ring. (No open fires).You will need to bring your own blankets, sleeping bags and towels and toiletries. We have a large size flat which is large enough to accommodate any size camper, trailer or RV. if you want to bring your own. ( must be fully contained. There are no hook ups.) The access to this site is on a maintained road with high clearance with a slight incline that may be intimidating to some so If you plan to bring your own RV or haul a horse trailer, please contact me prior to booking to discuss whether the access to the campsite will work for you I am sure it will, no 4 wheel drive needed. There are on site activities such as a horseshoe pit (horse shoes provided), treasure hunts and other outdoor games for the whole family. Pets and horses are welcome and we ask that you keep them near you at all times. We have provided a 2 horse corral with feed buckets and access to water. Host lives on the property and is easy to get a hold of if you need anything but does not take away from having your own privacy . Could be great, needs work

The "Camp-Sight"

This place needs some work. The power runs off a generator, which you need to bring gas for. However, when we arrived the generator was not working. Cheri did a great job finding a spare generator from neighbors- however we had to wait until 8pm, and were in the dark and cold of the RV. It is advertised as a "fully functional kitchen," but we had a lot of troubles. It took us 30 minutes to figure out how to use the stove and oven (you need to turn on the outside propane tanks- not communicated). The microwave requires an extension cord to plug into the 3 outlets in the RV that actually work. Some lights were out. Not sure about hot water, we never got any. The refrigerator works if the generator is working. Cheri was great at communicating until the 2nd generator ran out of propane. We then texted her several times with no response, and ended up leaving early, only to get a quarter of our money refunded. This is theoretically a great place, but still needs some work. We were really disappointed with our experience, and left early. If everything had been operating correctly, we had a great time.

Off grid RV under the desert stars

The "Camp-Sight"

We enjoyed the solitude and the views of the desert. There are so many stars at night. Although there is an RV with plenty of space the kitchen is not functional and you have a run a generator for lights at night. As long as you’re prepared for an indoor camping and outdoor cooking experience you will be fine.

Luv the atmosphere and the host. Needs a couple remodels and renovations. Great spot if you have little money to go on an adventure. Could be improved more.

Cheri’s land is amazing with beautiful valley views! Checked in with her and she’s really nice and made sure everything was good. Big open spaces to park and set up camp. Definitely coming back.

Super Private!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We slept in our Truck Shell Camper. We had access to the grill, Rv awning, outdoor couch & coffee table, artificial movable grass rugs, propane fire pit and the outside sink for washing dishes which was really convenient! Even though we had our own it was nice to use her water for washing. It was as exactly what we hoped- an off leash playground for our 5 year old puppy to fetch the ball till the sun went down and right back to it when we woke up! On leash at night to be safe with wildlife of course- stars were beautiful at night. Felt like we were in our own world the whole time! The owner, Cheri, and the neighbor were close just not in view. Super sweet little treasure hunt with a mini hike around the property was fun for me and my husband. We will certainly return!! (Be sure to follow directions given- we accidentally used the neighbors road into the the property and when we tried to leave that way the gate was locked, luckily my husband is a stellar driver and was able to back all the way up the dirt road back to the site to go out the correct way!)

What a wonderful little slice of heaven. We came to star gaze for Father’s Day. My husband loved every minute of it. Thank you Cheri for being an incredible host. We can’t wait to come back!

Hidden Gem 30 minutes from Temecula

Hidden gem 30 minutes from Temecula wineries. Cheri was amazing. She may want to advertise how great her location is. Clear night skies and plenty of space for our dogs. There was even a small outdoor kennel which was nice to have when we wanted to pack up and let the dogs chill. Cheri was there when we arrived and showed us how everything works. The RV is super clean. Couches were super comfortable. And the generator ensured we had lights and a radio. The radio has speakers inside and outside. This was a nice touch as we cooked on the bbq. There’s a generator. Being your own gas, but there was some when we arrived. It holds 5 gallons. We probably used 1.5 g per night. - heads up it’s not clamping. There are things in the RV that don’t worrk, fridge. But they are minor. To save water you must flip a switch outside before using. Again, not a big deal. We also pitched a second tent for our group. Plenty of space. In the morning we played frisbee and horseshoes. I hope to be back again soon.

Beautiful Getaway

The "Camp-Sight"

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The scenery was gorgeous, and Cheri was such a kind and helpful host, always available to assist and explain how everything works. The amenities were great, including a fire pit ring for cozy nights and a BBQ grill for cooking meals. The spacious area gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy nature. The data signal was reliable, which was a nice bonus. A few things to note: the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit spotty, and there was no running water in the kitchen sink. The microwave also wasn’t working, but since we booked last minute, it’s understandable that some things weren’t fully ready. That being said, once everything is properly managed and maintained, this glamping spot truly shines. It’s a beautiful and peaceful getaway, and we will definitely come again!

Overall the site is already to go! Lots of amenities in the works and soon will be run completely off solar, which is wonderful! (high five, earth!) This lot will be perfect for families and those traveling with horses, plenty of corral room!
