Soak in a cedar hot tub and Renu cold plunge nestled in an oak grove, then sleep in one of our two luxurious yurt-like tents. Venture into the clearing with open skies for truly amazing starry views at night. It's a peaceful retreat surrounded by pines and oaks, yet is still less than 15 minutes from the historic Gold Mining towns of Nevada City and Grass Valley. A composting toilet is housed in a beautiful, well maintained outhouse and a heated outdoor shower is located next to the hot tub and cold plunge. These as well as the hot tub/cold plunge area are shared between our two sites. Distance to local attractions: Nevada City (10 minutes) Grass Valley (14 minutes) Yuba River (25 minutes) Scott’s Flat Lake (10 minutes) Cascade Canal Hiking (3 minutes) Hoot’s Trail epic mountain biking (17 minutes)

Great Nevada City getaway

The tent was cute and comfortable, with many nice amenities and hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed our summer getaway, but could imagine it would be nice in all four seasons! Thanks for a great weekend!

This was a lovely glamp site - I especially loved the cold plunge as it was 105 degrees out during the day! Very quiet and serene area. Lots of bird songs and many stars out at night.

We had a great time during our stay, despite the major heat wave! They made sure we had extra fans to cool off. The cold plunge and hot tub were incredible. We will definitely come back, maybe when it’s a little cooler!

Fantastic camping experience!

We got to camp during a brutal hear wave and it was still a wonderful experience. The hosts set up fans in the tent, suggested great ways to beat the heat and had a cold plunge that was our weekend savior! The site was vary well cared for and provided gorgeous sun sets between the trees. 100% would recommend and be back again.
