HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🙌 This place was so beautiful and so many fun & creative places to explore on the grounds. Michel was accommodating and very helpful. He even made us a one-match fire. Would definitely stay here again!

Site 2 - Sierra Circles Sculpture Garden
Losing Count Of Our Visits
Saying that we love Sierra Circles would be an understatement being that this was our 5th or 6th time visiting this unique property. It’s only a 2.5 hour drive from the South Bay which makes it so easy to get to. Not sure how many campsites have a winery rating room within a five walk. This was our first time bringing our 11 month old puppy Birdie which made it even more fun at campsite #2, our favorite. Every time we come back, we enjoy seeing the new artwork and projects that Michel has going on. We also make it a point to have at least one happy hour at the lookout and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We will definitely be back to visit one of our favorite campsites!

5th time and we’ll keep coming!
Spent a lovely thanksgiving in site 3 with our pop up trailer. We’ve been to Sierra circles multiple times and we’ll keep coming back. The sites are well spaced and beautiful. The property has so much to offer between walks, art and wine tasting. We love it!

Site 1 - Sierra Circles Sculpture Garden
The land was beautiful and peaceful. It was well kept and the host was more than accommodating. He started a fire for us right away and even brought us more wood on the second day at no cost to us. He gave us a lovely tour of the land and told us the different stories about how the sculpture garden came to be. The winery on the property was nice and the people were so friendly and generous. Will definitely be booking another trip soon.

Sierra Circles is my favorite campground. Spend a weekend doing pottery at Quyle Kilns, and enjoying wine at Bryce Vineyards, both a short walk from your campsite. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Site 4 - Sierra Circles Sculpture Garden
Peaceful magic of Sierra Circles
We enjoyed a quiet weekend at Sierra Circles with our dog. The weather was a little cool but there was a bespoke burn barrel with plenty of firewood to keep us warm. We stayed in site #4 with one of the tipis, large enough to pitch a 6 or 8 person tent under. Our site was nestled under some pines providing a slice of sky for sun and star views. Host Michel was very accommodating (extra firewood) and checked up on all of the sites to see if we needed anything. The sites are close to the eclectic art installations made of repurposed items, cool metal sculptures, and woven manzanita branches, all very 'gram worthy and quite the experience during sunrise and sunset. Our final night had some rain but even the damp and fog the next morning made for a beautiful setting. We enjoyed that the camp was close to the pottery shop and winery. There are pottery and blacksmithing classes onsite (with registration) that can make for an enjoyable and artistic stay. We'll be back to experience more of the magic that Sierra Circles has to offer.

We Should Have Stayed Longer
What a magical spot in the forest above Murphys. We had such a great time, and our only regret was that we did not stay another night. We stayed in site 3 which was perfect for our camper van. It was secluded but still walking distance to all the sparkly beautiful art on the property. Fire pits were stocked with wood, and the picnic table was a great addition so we could eat outside by the fire. We did not get a chance to wine taste - next time! The pottery shop is amazing so be sure to stop by.

A unique camping experience
The hosts were so nice and friendly. We loved the Sculpture Garden and enjoyed meandering around. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. We are definitely coming back!

Michel was super friendly & interesting to talk to, we really enjoyed & appreciated his sculptures throughout the property & his hospitality! If you stay be sure to pay for the tour-it was great! The camp spot was huge & really nice, we couldn't ask for more. Being so close to Murphy's adorable downtown was a bonus, and across the street is a golf course that looks really nice. We will absolutely be back & highly recommend this 5 star camping experience! Thanks Michel for making the trip extra fun-see you again soon! Stormie & Jon

Extremely cool place. Great location close to Murphy’s. Pottery studio with great wares and winery with excellent wine on site. Very friendly staff. The art installations that are integrated into the campsites are really fun to wander in. Nice hiking trail. Clean bathroom and porta potties. We had site 1 and the teepee was perfect to sit in as some weather blew in. Will definitely return and stay two nights next time.

Site 3 - Sierra Circles Sculpture Garden
Quiet camping near lakes
We had never been to Murphy's before, the campsite was in a nice location with at least two lakes/beaches reasonably nearby, and also close to supplies (ie. grocery). The owner Michel was very friendly, he came by each to day to check on us and offered many suggestions. It was great to walk through his artwork on site in the evening. Since there are only a few campsites it was never loud during our stay. The sites themselves are quite large, with plenty of room, which was great since we were three families with children. The only thing to note is the amenities are not unexpectedly small, you do need to walk 5+ minutes to the potable water, and the bathroom was non-flush. We would recommend this campsite.

Very nice campground and super host
I'm so glad that we choose this campground. Wonderful host who gave us tips on where to go in the area for eating and exploring. Super nice people. Had a wine tasting on our first day and enjoyed everyone's company. I'm sad we had to leave and looking forward to our return possibly next month.

Lovely place to camp
We had a lovely time at Michael's campground. He showed us the place during check in and gave us advice on where to place our car (we were sleeping in it). We were in site 1 and it was well equipped with seats and table. It also had a huge metal tipi that brings shade and privacy. Portable restrooms were nearby. A deer came to visit us during the night. Also there's great wine at the tasting room at walking distance. There was a concert also nearby, with food truck and drinks, so we enjoyed the whole site.
