It’s been a few days since our trip to this location, and after being back home, I genuinely cannot recommend this spot enough. The hosts were very attentive and kind, but also we felt so private and alone. The land itself is beautiful, and the cabana we were in was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the trees and land over the hills. The hardest part for me was the loft bed as getting up and down the ladder was a little nerve-wracking. But after you get used to it, it is beyond worth it.
The drive up to the property was a little challenging, but if you are used to small mountain roads and listen to the speed limit signs, it really isn’t that bad. And again, SO worth it. The entire trip was so peaceful and lovely, I completely forgot to take any pictures. Amazing little spot, will be back!

My partner and I had such a peaceful and relaxing anniversary weekend on the sacred owl land. The views were incredible, the nights were magical listening to the owls and frogs!
Although this cabin is located close to the ocean and so much beauty, we chose to spend the weekend enjoying the land. The chickens were adorable, and the hot tub and deck were extra relaxing. We will definitely be coming back!

My partner and I had a lovely stay here for two nights. The bed has an amazing view in the morning and the property is great, with a shared hot tub and chickens roaming around.
We used the BBQ to make one of our meals, there is no stovetop so best to plan your meals accordingly if you plan to eat them there. There is a mini fridge and some dishes. The hosts were super helpful and let us borrow a couple of things for cooking.
Recommend arriving during daylight the first time as there are winding roads.

Nestled in the the Santa Cruz mountains, this spacious land has wonderful views out over the valley to the ocean edge. The cabana is tiny yet cozy with all the essentials for a peaceful, comfortable get-away. Ludo was very welcoming and quickly got us settled in.
The cabana has a shower andnsink. A compostable toilet is a short, easy walk away. A small fridge, electric tea pot, French press, mugs, cutlery, ground coffee and an assortment of herbal tea are provided. Although there's access to a community gas grill, we chose to bring our own camp stove. You will need to bring your own plates and bowls.
Outside the canana are a gas fire place and 2 chairs.
The view from the cabana is wonderful, surrounded by dense trees for excellent privacy.
A couch and small table gave us a comfortable place to sit at night and enjoy a cup of tea before climbing the ladder to the loft. The mattress was a good mix of squishy and supportive with a warm comforter.
There are electric lights in the cabana - but bring a flashlight for nighttime trips to the toilet.

The cabana was a perfect piece of Monterey Bay. The views were great and the space was very comfortable. The bed was especially nice. Very serene and met all expectations.

Amazing experience! Great view of the mountains from the Cabana. Loved the deck overlooking the bay (I will make sure to pack my yoga mats next time). I was hoping to watch the sunset from my Cabana but it rained almost the whole day. But the clouds and mist on the mountains were no less of a visual treat. You can watch them slowly move as you sip our tea. I’d love to go again. The hosts were super nice.

We had a great time in the Sky View Cabana! Ludo and Vaza were excellent hosts. The cabana is nestled in their backyard, but feels quite private with a beautiful view of the valley below. The bed was super comfy and the cabana was stocked with a mini fridge, sink, shower, towels, coffee, and a few kitchen essentials like mugs and cutlery. We lounged on the hammocks, went for a walk through the woods, and enjoyed the sunset on the deck. Fantastic getaway!

The place is beautiful and has a positive energy all around it. When we did our yoga and meditation we felt so good and vibrations were very positive. They have taken good care of land. Keep up the great work.

Sacred Own Land was just the retreat we were craving. This unique spot is private and comfortable. We enjoyed glorious views and spectacular sunsets. The hosts are warm and welcoming. This place is an example of how to do it right.

The land was dreamy, the cabana was so comfortable and perfect, and I couldn't get enough of the view.
I feel like I could have sat on that chair and watched every species of bird pass by.

We had such a great stay in the glamping tent! The place is super peaceful and beautiful, and the tent itself was really clean, roomy, and the beds were super comfy. We loved hanging out by the outdoor fireplace in the evening—it was such a nice bonus. The views were amazing, and the hosts were so welcoming and generous with the space. We felt right at home. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy getaway in the Santa Cruz Mountains with stunning views.

We had an amazing stay at Sacred Owl Land!
Fabian and Zeus were amazing hosts and the views are so much more beautiful in person. The mini cabin was quaint and comfortable for us as a couple. As we visited for July 4th weekend, we had a perfect view of all the surrounding towns firework shows!
Would highly recommend :)

My friends and I spent the most idyllic June weekend at Sacred Owl. In the morning we drove to the area, started our day with a nice long hike (you could go to the beach or surf too), and in the late afternoon arrived and got settled. The land itself is an absolute oasis. And the cabins make you feel like you're outside even when being inside. The trees surrounding the property are lush and you can see as far as the ocean, not to mention there are so many activities; think yoga overlooking wine country, reading or napping in a hammock, getting in the hot tub as the sun sets, grilling on the deck or building a little fire. We left feeling very rejuvenated by the land, and appreciate Vaza so much for sharing it!

I loved staying at the sunset Cabana, beautiful view of the orange sunset 🌅 fills your heat with warmth, beautiful nature experience, with animal sounds and the occasional Owl 🦉 howling. I Especially loved the shower in the Cabana with the view of the mountain ⛰️ great for a solo peaceful retreat, very safe and very serene. Only take is if you are not a loft bed person this may not be for you, if u r used to waking up at night. Otherwise absolutely 10/10.
