Situated on the back of a 2 acre parcel in North Clovis, everything is within reach! Food, shopping and freeway are all less than than 1.5 miles away. Updated trailer with LED lighting, new countertop, fans & decor. Hardwired electric with A/C & Heat, full kitchen, and fresh water, and WiFi. ** ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE TRAILER OR ON THE GROUNDS. ** The space Chairs, campfire ring, and fire wood is included for sitting around and relaxing at night. There is also a gas BBQ grill if you want to cook outside. Additionally, you will enjoy the farm fresh organic eggs from the chickens on the property, which are included with your stay. Trailer has hardwired electric with new A/C & Heat with thermostat, full kitchen, and fresh filtered well water hookup. Xfinity WiFi is included. Guest access We have a designated parking area with signs for entering the property and directional signs getting to turn onto property and designated parking space. Other things to note Trailer is fully provisioned with everything you should need including pots and pans, keurig and k-pods, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, towels, seasonings, and board games, etc. ***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE TRAILER OR ON THE GROUNDS.
