The Camp Fire devastated the town of Paradise in 2018. Today, you can still see remnants of the fire as you approach the quaint town. Chapelle de' L'Artiste once housed a stunning bed and breakfast among other incredible amenities. Paradise has begun the incredible process of rebuilding. New construction, renewed energy, and a community of hope and resiliency is at the heart of returning Paradise to all its name implies. At Chapelle de L'Artiste, we are thrilled to be rebuilding and starting anew. A new venture with Glamping and coming in Spring 2022 is Burnt Barn Distilling Company.

We definitely put the “glam” in “glamping”! Stay in our Paradise Art Tent where you can unwind in a queen canopy bed before waking to your personal coffee bar, surrounded by beautiful art from local artists! Each tent has an assigned, private restroom/shower in our 5-station shower trailer. Air conditioned, with unlimited hot water, and furnished with towels and hotel-style toiletries. Once here, guests have always found it difficult to leave. The 20-acre property offers a myriad of quiet places to relax and recharge. Walking, hiking or strolling is just part of the experience as guests wander through lush lawns with the sound of flowing water wherever one roams.

Located just a little over an hour from Sacramento, this magical property in the foothills of Paradise has so much to offer! Safari-style tents are lavishly furnished with amenities including plush queen beds, air-conditioning and many amazing details. Outside the tents, enjoy walks through lush gardens, feed fish in the massive koi pond, relax on the exquisitely appointed pool deck overlooking the pool, hot tub and pond, or cool off with a libation in the Cave. Yes, that’s right, a Cave!! We definitely put the “glam” in “glamping”! Each tent has an assigned, private restroom/shower in our 5-station shower trailer.
