Not exactly what I expected, but the host was very communicative—especially given my last minute booking on Christmas Eve day. The farm fresh half dozen eggs were a highlight! But the farm’s dogs barked at my camper a lot during the day which sort of disturbed the quiet I was hoping to get from this spot. The coyote packs waking me up at night was a thrill =)

Level spot, easy to park& quiet -ok for one night if passing nearby but $35 was too high . Did see a lovely sunset but nothing else to see . Composting Outhouse was a far distance from site & lots of farm debris made it treacherous for night time visits . Permaculture farm advertising is a stretch. Garden hose water & extension chord electricity was available

Hippy Permaculture garden camping
Great camping spot with a picnic table and fire pit. She had easy access to water and electricity if needed. composting latrine was clean.

Great place to crash for the night. nice flat land.
The composite toilet was a bit of a walk from the parking area and dogs bark for a while while you walk by. I thought this could be a problem if I needed to use the bathroom in the night but it rained really hard and I was confined to my van anyway. Can’t control the weather!
Overall a really nice quiet area to park. Thanks!

Directions to this working farm were easy to follow, and the turn in was clearly marked. We did miss the parking spot indicator, but Crystal came out to make sure we were in the right place.
Our 25ft Sprinter conversion van had no problem fitting or getting in/out, despite the loose sand pad. It was quiet - we didn't hear the livestock (cows, chickens, geese, etc) that were located adjacent to the spot. It was fine for a camper van, but I'm not sure how it would be in my tent.
