This is a beautiful location and beautiful space! I somehow mistakenly missed the nude part. WHOOPS! So, my son and I were not very comfortable. We did still enjoy pool and hot tub time, but honestly, I did not feel comfortable being a single mom there with my son. The men definitely outnumbered the amount of women. Not sure what that is about. Anyhow, the host Aalia, SO sweet, so helpful. I LOVE that there is a lounge space and restaurant on-site. AMAZING. Aside from this, even the showers were shared and not private. Again, my bad, no idea how I missed this major detail while...but there was no privacy. And the rules are REQUIRED nudity at the pool and hot tub, which didn't feel so good. I would not want to be naked with all of these strangers personally, but I guess the conditioned rule follower in me just went with it...making myself uncomfortable. My son and I stayed in a yurt, which was sweet, but no sink access for brushing teeth, washing hands, and only a porter potty nearby.

This was my second time camping here and it was just as great as the first! The weather was beautiful, the area was clean and well-maintained, and it was nice seeing animals around. Everyone was friendly and the staff were helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

This is a unique place to be sure. Loved being able to just walk around freely without clothes and feel absolutely one with nature. The family of deer were just cohabitating right there with you. Absolutely gorgeous yurt. Loved the amenities like the hot tub, sauna, lounge, etc.

A lovely quiet retreat

I had a lovely stay at Lupin Lodge. The grounds are beautiful, easy to navigate and staff are friendly. I most enjoyed how quiet the place is, giving plenty of space for reflection and relaxing. The pool, sauna, and spa were clean and comfortable. I even had the entire pool area to myself one morning. I would stay here again!

"Tent hill" had plenty of great spots to choose from! And a quick walk to un/load and the bathrooms and kitchen. It is "clothing optional" with nudity required in the pool/hot tub area. I embraced this and quite enjoyed myself. Everyone was kind and respectful.

I loved car camping here! It was a great time. Met some really cool people. The staff were so sweet and very helpful. People were very respectful and I felt amazing whether dressed or undressed. The pool and hot tub were nice as well. Looking forward to the next time I come back.

We had a great time at Lupin! Folks were super friendly and respectful. The pool and other amenities made it for a great place to spend an afternoon and get a good camping weekend in with some more traditional amenities that make it feel more accessible. Would recommend!

First Lupin Experience

When we first arrived the woman at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. They provided maps of the layout and told us where the options to park were as we decided to car camp not realizing we couldn't park at a campsite ( no cars on grass) Once we figured it out we took a walk and found that everyone in that community are so welcoming and helpful. My partner was concerned about the rule to be fully unclothed in the pool/sauna but once comfortable we had a really beautiful night swim under the moon and great conversation with other visitors. This place felt safe, everyone's energy was so kind and we'd love to come back.

Great place to stay!

I loved tent camping here! The pool was sparkling, morning sauna and jacuzzi and hike were so refreshing. Nice people too, had a great conversation in the communal kitchen with a fellow guest. I’ll be back!

I could be into this

Amazing spot. I’m not a nudist but after staying there I gave it a little shot to see what it was like and I have to say it was pretty freeing. Everyone was super nice and I loved the community aspect.

Groovy, hippie style resort

Groovy, hippie style place… exactly what I needed for my first time being in a clothing optional camp/resort. Tents on wooden platforms made it level although the plywood was rather aged. Tent area was close to hot showers and restrooms as well as a communal kitchen. There are refrigerators, but I would suggest your own cooler. And note that there are no fires at campsites due to wildfire season. (There are many yurts around as well but I didn’t check them out) Expect casual, easy going staff and residents and well as visitors. Bodies of all sizes, ages and colors… and I didn’t detect any body shaming, gawking or open sexual activity. Pool was clean and refreshing, hot tub was nice and toasty. The trails above the pool area were magical and a bit rustic: the was a swing at one point, a hammock at another, a labyrinth to walk, and at the outlook a couple of chairs and a bench. I didn’t see any other people on my three hikes on he trails… most folks seems to hand by the pool or the clubhouse. All in all, a great relaxing weekend… oh and you don’t need to pack much… I was in flip flops and a hat the whole time carrying a small towel.

It was very welcoming and nice! The yurt we stayed at was very spacious. We also sung Christmas Carols and they had musicians there too! The only thing was we didn’t realize that it was nude optional until we got there but that was my own fault haha

Clothing Optional Forest Camping! - 9fac

The yurt was very comfortable. And the neighbors were nice and polite. Remember to bring everything you would if you were on a camping trip. Especially a corkscrew! Lol They do have a microwave in the common area. It’s good to know that the restaurant is only open on the weekends so bring food for yourself. And be careful exiting on the autobahn, I mean the 17. Bear Creek Road, I think it’s called, is a safe way to cross the freeway without having to try to cross two lanes of traffic to get to the other side. We will definitely be back and book way in advance for fun or special weekends.

Lovin' Lupin!

Camping with our Glamping Tents.

I spent Labor Day weekend at Lupin Lodge. It was truly amazing! The weather was warm with a slight breeze. The accommodations were perfect with a private tent secluded but centrally located. This place has everything! Pool, hot tub, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes, billiards table tennis and much more. There was a gourmet restaurant and nightly music with 3 bands on Saturday. The staff was very helpful. In all everyone was kind, courteous, friendly and respectful, oh, and fun. I will make this my regular get away!

Bestie getaway!

BOOK THIS if you’re a nature loving, hippy-adjacent, ready toe-dip into nudism, community-based person. I am that person, and so is my bestie that I surprised with this getaway!! We stayed in a yurt, lovely inside with a mini fridge for our food. Shared kitchen on-site, restaurant as well. There were plenty of fun activities over the weekend on-site to participate in, including a yoga session we attended and a outdoor DJ set. The activities change by the week, I’m sure. Great place to get to know the folks that live permanently or semi-permanently on-site as well. Loving and welcoming friends here! Highly recommend. Will absolutely be returning!!

Naked camping for the win!!

My partner and I stayed in one of the Yurts and it was the best vacation we’ve been on. We’ve been to other naturist camps but this place won our hearts right away. The property is gorgeous, the communal kitchen and showers had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, everyone was so kind and friendly, and the sinning deck is magnificent.
