Wander along the on-site ¼-mile nature trail or sit back and listen to the sounds of bluejays, woodpeckers, and doves. If you're lucky, you might catch sight of a wild turkey or a deer passing through. Spring and summer evenings bring stunning sunsets you won’t want to miss. The shared wash station is just past the edge of the site, and the outhouse is a short walk across the prairie Expect a natural symphony from woodpeckers, hummingbirds, blue jays, and doves, and don’t be surprised if turkeys or deer wander by during your stay. Simple, quiet, and bathed in golden light — The Sunset Fence is made for slow evenings and early morning birdsong.

It’s the perfect unplugged basecamp for Campers seeking simplicity, fresh air, and natural beauty. Lights throughout the trailer provide just the right glow after dark — no electrical hookups here, just the magic of minimalism. A comfy queen-size mattress awaits in the bedroom (please bring your own bedding or sleeping bags — linens not provided). The bathroom and shower are fully functional, but it's cold water only — a true rustic rinse! No stove or oven inside, but you’ll have a BBQ grill and a sink (cold water) inside an outside for cooking under the sky. Wake up to the songs of bluejays and grey doves, with the chance to spot wild turkeys and deer wandering by in the mornings.
