Anna’s land was like a little paradise! The farm has a nice loop for walking, and the river is so peaceful. I was there in early August and it was HOT, but luckily there is a wonderful swimming hole to cool down. There was also the cutest kitten who was friendly and snuggly! I didn’t find her until my last morning, and then I didn’t want to leave 😆
Also, when some noisy campers set up right beside me on my last night, Anna was quick to offer to move me to a more private location, which made me feel safe and relaxed. I had a great stay!

The wagon was very nice and really close to the river when you open the windows you can hear the river too it sounded very nice in the morning they also had a beautiful farm with a pond I would recommend staying here.

This site was spectacular. The river temperature was perfect. The wagon was super fun and comfy. My son and I loved the goats. Anna was prompt to reply and super helpful! I hope to return soon!

Gypsy Wagon
Staying at the gypsy wagon on Anna’s land was absolutely delightful! The wagon and bathrooms were very clean, and there weren’t too many bugs which was great for sleeping with the wagon windows open. They had cute animals and we had the river all to ourselves. This is a really special little nook close to Sequoia National forest. We’re looking forward to coming back :)

We loved staying on the ranch. There was a wedding happening one of the days we were there and Hamlet was kind enough to offer us some leftover food. We were initially concerned about bugs being an issue at night since there was no screen in the window, but it ended up not being an issue for us. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful camp ground very quiet and right in the river. There was a nice beach area with a swimming hole. Bathrooms and camp ground was clean and very nicely kept.

Gypsy Wagon
We visited again because we loved our tent camping experience in July! This time around I booked the wagon because I figured it’ll be cold and I was right. But it was amazing! There was a running creek 20 feet behind the wagon that was so soothing to listen to. Though there were no other campers, each day a worker of the ranch came by to make sure we were all good. All in all it was coincidentally the quiet holiday weekend we were looking for with even better views than we could imagine!

A great spot at the foot of the national forest. Close to everything but feels very private! The wagon was adorable and very comfortable. I had wanted to camp on my own and as a lone camper didn’t want to deal with popping a tent or possibly dealing with any agressive wildlife. Being inside a solid structure and off the ground felt very safe. I have always loved the transformed wagons too!! 100% recommend. Hot showers and real bathrooms within very close proximity to the site. No cell service in springville but wifi available made up for that!
