Welcome to GaiaTree Sanctuary. We are a small organic farm and retreat center on 10 acres in the beautiful foothills of the Sierras. Enjoy a personal retreat in nature, a farm and garden tour, a dip in the swimming pond, or listen to the birds from our yoga deck. We have lovely outdoor showers, elegant composting toilets, 2 cute treehouses, rustic camping and Glamping options to choose from. There’s also a short hike to a 360 view accessible from our land!

Buddha Treehouse

Gian Carlo greeted us at the front gate and gave us a thorough tour of the 10 acre land. The space is beautiful, especially during fall. The treehouse is cozy and intimate and you will most likely be snuggled with a cat by the end of the night (there is a start cat named Ginger who was on the property and very sweet). Would recommend!

Buddha Treehouse

A hidden Oasis

This was a very serene place in a surprise area of California. I was out to test by a chorus of frogs and called to start the day by a family of geese while overlooking a pond. The stars are bright and the hosts are kind and Zen. My hut was a little treehouse with a very comfy bed. I enjoyed a nice fire and roasted some sausages for dinner. The drive is very windy with amazing views.

Turtle Pond Campsite

Camping under the stars

The campsite was awesome. We had a wonderful time at the site. The host Treestar was very kind and considerate. We were totally unprepared for the cold and thanks to the extra blankets provided by her, we were able to cope up. There are some beautiful hikes close-by too. Will definitely plan to go back.

Had a great experience. The stay was awesome. The host Treestar was very kind. Enjoyed the campfire. There are a lot of places to visit close by too. Would definitely go back another time.
