Part glamping part B&B, the Eagles nest is a two cabin set up below a main house structure. One of the small cabins contains a living room room, kitchenette, and full bath and the second cottage is your sleeping area. This property is literally on the edge of a stunning cliff, offering incredible views of the Santa Monica mountains. There is a beautiful deck with a private hot tub that separates the two small cottages. You will be absolutely immersed in nature and still only five minutes away from the town of Topanga and 12 minutes from the beach. This property is incredibly romantic and offers one of a kind views which are truly the best in Topanga Canyon. So if you love glamping, but want a little bit of a home-feel, then this is your spot! Please note that you will have to walk up a relatively steep driveway to get to this destination, but once there you will feel like you are tucked in to an eagle next high in the cliffs of Topanga.This one-of-a-kind destination offers the most incredible views in Topanga. One small cottage with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate bedroom. Enjoy your private hot tub and deck, which makes you feel like you are viewing the world from an eagle’s nest. You are surrounded by windows and views from every angle. Kitchenette with two burners, toaster, and coffee maker. Please note you must walk up a steep driveway, and there is a small cottage above you, but no shared space. The space Please do not book this property if you have any mobility issues. You must walk up a steep driveway from the main street… But it’s worth it! Please note that this is a private lower unit with its own entrance. There is a unit above, but you are completely private from it. Please wear rubber soles to prevent slips or falls. The payoff is one of the most unique Airbnb experiences with one-of-a-kind views and a bubbling, private hot tub :) Again, this is not a full kitchen; however, there is a two-burner cooktop, toaster, and coffee maker, plus a large refrigerator. Absolutely no smoking or flames at any time. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, bongs, candles, incense, burners, etc. There is a $1000 per occurrence fine if any of these items are used anywhere inside or outside of the property during your stay. There is an additional 400 dollar photography fee for any commercial photo or video shoots. PLEASE NEVER LEAN OR SIT ON ANY RAILINGS ON THE DECKS AND TERRACES. OP Guest access This is a lower private unit which contains two small cottages. One cottage has a living room, kitchenette, and full bath, and the other cottage has a bedroom. You are connected by a private, stunning deck with outdoor seating and dining area, and a private hot tub with one-of-a-kind views in every direction. Other things to note The main living area has locks on both doors, and we do ask guests to keep any valuables in this main living area. Please do not leave any food out or any food on the deck. We do have an incredible assortment of birds that fly in the area. We also do not want to attract any mice or insects.
