Our 1-acre property sits across from Calabasas Peak, offering beautiful mountain views and access to great hiking trails nearby. We’re just 9 miles from Malibu beaches and about 5 miles from the shops and restaurants in downtown Calabasas, Topanga, and Woodland Hills. The area is rich with wildlife and nature—perfect for stargazing, too! From the driveway, follow the lighted path past the shared gym to a private courtyard with mature oak and fruit trees, mountain views, a picnic table, and a gas grill. Enter the guest unit through one of three sets of French doors. This newly created space features authentic Spanish tile, a kitchenette, full-sized bed, armoire, Smart TV, desk area, bedroom, shower, and living room. The kitchenette includes a sink, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and an under-the-counter refrigerator. Just 20 steps through the yard, you’ll find your private bathroom with a toilet, an additional shower/tub, and two sinks.
