Kelly Hollow Farm and Stay is located near the most popular Hot Springs attractions including Historic downtown, Oaklawn Race Track, Hiking and biking trails, and Magic Springs Amusement park. The space This modern, farm house style apartment has a full kitchen with new appliances. The accommodations include one queen bed in the bedroom, a twin bunk bed, and a queen sofa bed. A portable baby crib is available on request. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The laundry area has a full size washer and dryer. The balcony overlooking the barn yard has an outdoor dining table, grill and smokeless fire pit. The apartment has free WiFi and smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Guest access We are located on 22 acres near Hot Springs National Park. The property ranges from our beautiful, clear creek to the wooded hilltop. Guests are able to roam the property, the barnyard, picnic and relax anywhere on the property except our front yard. Two picnic areas are located along the creek. One is near the driveway and the other is more secluded and accessible by walking a short trail. Other things to note The property is on a dirt road and there is a one lane bridge to cross. We live onsite and travel it everyday in a minivan. WiFi is available inside and next to the apartment. It's adequate for streaming but may go out during a storm. Cell service can be limited in the area depending on your service provider.

This modern, studio style apartment has a full kitchen with new appliances. The accommodations include one queen bed, a twin sofa bed and a portable baby crib. There is a full bath with tub. The private deck overlooks the hillside pasture and has a two person hot tub, outdoor seating, gas grill and smokeless fire pit. The apartment has WiFi and a smart TV. We are located on 22 acres near Hot Springs National Park. The property ranges from our beautiful, clear creek to the wooded hilltop. Guests are able to roam the property, the barnyard, picnic and relax anywhere on the property except our front yard. Two picnic areas are located along the creek. One is near the driveway and the other is more secluded and accessible by walking a short trail. Other things to note The property is on a maintained gravel dirt road and there is a one lane bridge to cross. Starlink WiFi is available inside the apartment and in some areas of the propertry. Cell service can be limited in the area depending on your service provider. We recommend you enable Wi-Fi calling on your phone

There are two listings on the farm in addition to our house so you may encounter other guests while walking around. There are multiple locations on the property for you get away and enjoy nature. Please respect other guests’ privacy and use another location if one is occupied. The property is on a maintained gravel road. Cell service can be limited in the area depending on your service provider. We recommend you enable Wi-Fi Calling on your phone to have better service.

Hillside Retreat Kelly Hollow Farm
We had the best time staying at Mike’s place! Location is very close to downtown Hot Springs. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed meeting the goats, pigs, chickens, and other animals around the farm. My son got to milk a goat and we enjoyed some fresh goat milk with breakfast! The hot tub was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend this experience!
