Short term, large parking spaces for Motor homes, RV's, Campers, etc. Off Grid - Dry Sites, No hook ups, close to Lake Pleasant (10 mi), Wickenburg (18mi), Surprise (20mi), Phoenix (39mi), Super Bowl 2023 -State Farm Stadium 32 miles. The ranch is family operated, it is not a park, it is a true experience of desert dwelling off grid, Large parking areas, limited rental spots, flat solid ground, non paved entry that is well maintained for short term RV, camping vacation parking. 2023 Arizona is the place to be. We are happy to accommodate guests request when possible, Lot sizes 40 x 30 40 x 35 40 x 45
