A secluded 2 A that butts up to BLM land to the N. We will have one “dry camp” spot and one with RV hook up (power and water). We will have a bathroom with shower, sink, and composting toilet as well.A secluded 2 acre property nestled between a cul-de-sac and BLM land. In a pinion pine/juniper forest at 5000’. 5 miles from I-40 and 8 miles from KINGMAN. Lake Havasu, Laughlin and even the Grand Canyon are easy drives. We also have a 3BR 2BA completely remodeled old school double wide trailer we rent on EVOLVE/AIR BNB
