Love the convenient location, so close to downtown and stores. Cute little space for a get away. We really enjoyed the sunsets, location, trees and the area.

Lovely private spot on the host’s property. Quiet desert setting yet close to stores, restaurants etc. Easy in and out set back from the road and the neighborhood was pleasant to walk my dogs in.

The spot was easy to find and get to from Phoenix our first night in. A great vibe; we really enjoyed having our morning coffee at the little table there under the trees.

Lovely site with trees and birds! I had several days of activities at Tom Thumb. This was a great location, safe, private, not Dusty, and in close proximity to McDowell Mountain with lovely landscaping.

It’s a little piece of the desert that is close to everything. Roxanne’s directions were clear and the patio was a treat. It was a great place to stop on our way home from Mexico.

We loved our stay here. Plenty of privacy, water and electric. Very conveniently located (very close to the Musical Instruments Museum Museum - highly recommended). Plenty of places to walk our dog. Loved the little patio area and the twinkle lights. Would love to stay here again.

Roxanne's Palo Verde Retreat was perfect for what we needed. It was a clean space, private, and quiet. We appreciated the little table and string lights that created a relaxing environment. It was perfect for our little van camp, easy one night stay. We'd come back again :)

Our first HipCamp experience! Great spot! Charming, clean space with patio set, trees and lights. Easy communication with host and clear directions and access for our 20’ trailer. Excellent MTBike riding and running at the Sanoran Preserve.

This is a nice area with a lot of hiking/biking to do around there. I have a 24 foot short bus that is tall and had no problems pulling in and around in the circular driveway, good power hook ups and it is quiet and a safe place to stay.

This is a perfect little quiet corner is a beautiful neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet place to stay for a couple of days to regroup, work and relax and this was perfect for me. I would go there again. Host is quick to respond to messages. The site is as described in the posting.

This was a peaceful spot to land before an early flight. Roxanne was super friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. The space is relatively private and doesn't feel like a city or anything.

This was our first Hip Camp experience.
Roxanne’s directions to her private 🏕️ campsite were clear & easy to follow.
Although the weather in Phoenix was hot we enjoyed the privacy & spaciousness of the campsite. Water 💦, electricity were provided.
The host & hostess (Roxanne) were very friendly & accomodating. We would definitely recommend Palo Verde Retreat in North Scotsdale & plan to visit again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We stayed longer because it continues to be a perfect little oasis right outside of the city. All needs are close by! We were able to walk our dogs when it got cooler around the neighborhood, which is lovely. They enjoyed being outside in the evening where there is a little patio area. There’s a big park with grass less than five minutes where our dogs loved to take walks. Luna, their pup on the property, is also the sweetest. She greeted us with smiles and kisses!

We absolutely loved Roxanne and Rory’s space. It was beautiful, spacious and the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. Truly a hidden little gem, super lovely. Close to the city and the area around is safe, comfortable and has a lot to offer.
