I have 2.21 acres in the Golden Valley AZ. I am renting for tent and camper use. The land is off Griffith Road Exit 37 right on I-40. I am willing to rent per day, week, month $25 per night, will discount for weekly and monthly stays. If you are handy and willing to help me clear some bushes and setup some campsites I will discount for that as well. If you need a place to stay and you don't mind roughing it in the desert I can work something out with you. Bring your pets, kids, and any recreational vehicles you might want to explore while you are there. There's also star gazing and photography opportunities. There's wild donkeys that roam the area as well. Available starting 12/1/2025!! Camp at your own risk, not responsible for accidents.You can pick any location on the property to camp until I get more area cleared off. Some areas have less bushes and a smoother ground with less rocks and quartz on the ground. I am continually working on the property to get the bushes cleared and ground raked. There are currently no hookups you will need solar or generator and your own water when you stay there.
