DO NOT BOOK if you are expecting a developed campground. This is a rural area with little services and the price reflects that. The proximity to the Grand Canyon is the draw here. 1.14 Acre Parcel of land located near the South Rim of the Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon Junction, AZ. Located at the SEC of Coronado Dr and San Mateo Rd, between Highway 180 and Highway 64. Turn LEFT onto Valle Rd from Highway 180, LEFT onto S Linger Lane, and LEFT onto Coronado Dr. Property will be on the LEFT hand side, at the end of Coronado Dr where it intersects with San Mateo Rd (SEC of Coronado Dr and San Mateo Rd). Corner lot with a Power Pole, but no utilities connected. Lot is completely undeveloped with no utilites and is raw vacant land. Tent, RV or similar vehicle, or Car/Truck Parking ONLY. Leave no trace, do no litter and do not leave any garbage or any other physical objects on the land. 1 Site and therefore 1 guest/family per night.
