We needed an RV site in Tucson’s midtown area for a couple of nights and this spot was perfect. Such a pleasure meeting Michaelette and Owen, who are friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they helped us back our truck and camper into their nice shady site. Michaelette provided an outstanding list of local area restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed riding our bicycles over to Ried Park and walking our dog in the surrounding nice quiet neighborhood.
I highly recommend this spot and will return again when we need a stay in Tucson.

Wonderful friendly welcoming host. Very helpful and accommodating! If I come back to Tucson I would definitely book again. Loved how centrally located it was. Seemed like minutes to most things. They gifted me some fruit from their trees and had wonderfully detailed information on places to see and Restaurants!

Best camp host ever! Amazing fresh fruit from their trees, helpful tips on things to do and places to eat, etc.; Michaelette felt like an instant friend. The site is in the city - not my usual camp location, but perfect for my situation this time. Convenient enough, to get to wherever I wanted to go. A bit tricky to maneuver into the parking space (it was my first real trip in my new camper van), but I got it down with some guiding from Michaelette & her husband.

Excellent hosts. Gives out 2 different handouts: one for restaurants close to their location, divided into types (Mexican, Chinese, etc); one for "things to do" with quick descriptions. Myke sent directions to their house that avoided problems that the standard Google Maps directions did not account for. Text communication was fast and answered my questions perfectly. A big plus was the drain for emptying our tanks before we left! Excellent place to stay in the city .

Myke was so good at keeping us informed about the reservation. After spending a week in over 100 degree temperatures we decided to cancel our reservation and keep driving through Tucson to cooler area.Myke was so understanding. Didn’t expect a refund but she gave us one. Will definitely try this place when passing through during cooler times. Thanks Myke for all you did!!!

What a fantastic little piece of Tucson. Grocery shop before you get here, because they're not a close grocery, but if it's in walking distance of a convenience store and a Walgreens.
Myke is delightful, and I will definitely come back.

Night 1 of 3 (added an extra night to the beginning of my reservation): the neighborhood is quiet, and just across the street from a school. I know I was skeptical about the sewer hook-ups, but they actually have them. Nice shady spot on the side of the house. Myke and Owen are awesome. I hope to stay in the future.

This is exactly what it says-a city campsite. As such it was a perfect spot for me to visit friends in Tucson and take advantage of the great urban biking. Biking/driving close to the incredible cuisine of Tucson. And walking close to the best Jewish bakery I have experienced-Nadines. It is a city campsite so there are houses close by and road noise but it is fairly quiet, and with the school campus across the street there is pretty good mountain and sky views. Tucson is a dark sky city and the night sky view is pretty amazing for being in this size of urban area. People in the neighborhood are friendly and it feels quite safe here. The site is accurately depicted in the pictures-the level slab next to the house and the hookups are plenty adequate. Myke and her husband are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. All-in-all, a great experience and just what I was looking for.

Nice quiet shaded spot. We used the electrical hookup and dump while we were there. Owen and Myke gave use some fresh fruit to enjoy and info about the area.

Very comfortable space with plenty of room to park. Walking distance to several taco shops and also a walkable planet fitness! The hosts were very gracious and provided a list of places to visit as well as places to walk and eat. They even provided some citrus from their backyard!

We had a great night at City Campsite in our MB Sprinter 170z Great location and the campground like amenities are a much appreciated bonus.
Myke and Owen are very welcoming and not only offered us citrus from their property but goodies from the market. Missed the goodies as we’d already departed but was very thoughtful. Thank you Myke. Highly recommend a stay there if you’re in Tucson.

Well, everything that everyone else said is absolutely true. Mykr was extremely pleasant, made a special effort to direct me in and greet me, I loved the huge bag of delicious citrus, and she provided tons of recommendations also. Great hosts. Great stay.

Myke and Owen were pleasant, helpful folks, great hosts and RV (van) folks like us. Upon arrival, we were given a comprehensive list of interesting attractions - we liked Colossal Cave, Saguaro NP, Tucson Art Museum - and a second list of restaurants, coffee shops, similar, all with time/distance to, addresses, phone numbers. And a bag of local fruit! Parking, next to their house, located on a quiet, paved side street off a main thoroughfare, was easy.
