Learn more about this land: Experience Northern Arizona like never before at this warm and welcoming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental with 36 private acres! 30 miles North of downtown Williams, this retreat offers a recently updated interior with a full kitchen, skylights, plenty of space, as well as an exterior with a deck, gas grill, and outdoor dining space for sunset meals. Whether you're in town to explore the Grand Canyon National Park, drive Historic Route 66, or simply enjoy the views of Red Butte. This home is the perfect getaway! **DISCLAIMER** When renting our home please keep in mind we are in a very rural area, you will be on 36 private acres in the high desert. It is very quiet and peaceful and our house is surrounded by unbothered desert, the natural foliage you will find on the property is mostly pinons, junipers and you may find a prickly pear cactus. With nature comes wildlife, from coyotes, owls, elk, deer, javelina, hawks, jack rabbits and bobcats to the smaller critters like, birds, mice, snakes, desert gophers, ground squirrels and depending on the time of year some bugs (butterflies, moths, flies, crickets, spiders, ants), you never know what might be foraging by. No need to fear, the desert and mountains are their home too and they make the desert magic come to life. That said, although we do our very best to keep our home pest free, there are times when some wildlife/critters will come inside (usually spiders/flies) we usually find them by the windows. The house and surrounding area is sprayed after each guest for potential visitors. Try to keep windows and doors closed to prevent them coming in for a visit. Enjoy and embrace the desert life!!
