We intentionally selected our beautiful blue tents with purpose, to block out Alaska’s Midnight Summer Sun providing guests a great night's sleep. Tents have-Rechargeable Lanterns, end tables, dining table w/chairs, luggage space, soft rugs, towels, heaters (optional) Private deck w/adirondack chairs w/Camp Blankets, Fire Pit and Picnic Table w/9' Umbrella, Parking. For your convenience, Wagons are available to haul your gear to your tents. Guests are Greeted upon arrival to a: Special Welcome Beverage Snack Platter + Bottled Water + Firewood Bundle Starter in your Fire Pit We're conveniently located 3 minutes to Homer's Art Galleries, Eateries, Breweries and Shopping as you drive out to The Homer Spit and all it has to offer. Convenience to being in city limits, comes with the main road, bike path noise, at the front of our property. This makes for an easy Sea and Glacier View as guest walk or bike to Downtown Homer. We offer a Shared Indoor Restroom w/flushing toilet and a sink. The Outdoor Bathhouse has a Hot Shower. We offer Compost Toilet as well. Common space w/the restroom, offers guests extra indoor lounge/dining/work area, there's a Fridge/Freezer, a couch. A Daily Breakfast Station: Coffee/Tea/Hot Cocoa, Hot/Cold Water Dispenser, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Dishes, spices, condiments all basic kitchen needs. A Covered Outdoor Propane Grill Station fully equipped. We have a Seasonal Garden, Fruit Trees, Berries. Drop Anchor AK Seaview Glamps offer guests our Spaciously Tall Custom, White Duck Co., Sapphire Blue Bell Tents on platforms. Guests select tents with either a King or Queen size super comfortable mattresses, on sturdy wooden raised bed frames. Beds are prepared with our luxury linens and beautiful soft heavy down comforters with extra blankets and loads of pillows. Our dark blue tents are an intentional custom decision allowing our clients a great nights sleep in the Land of the Midnight Sun. Offering a perfect blackout sleep experience for our guests. Tents have soft rugs, nightstands, bright rechargeable lanterns, dinner table and chairs, luggage area, recharging station for your devices, Heaters Available upon Request, each tent has their own CO2/Smoke Detectors/Fire Extinquisher. Guest have full access to Indoor Common Space with Flush Toilet, Kitchen and Lounge Area with, The Coffee/Tea/Hot Cocoa/Breakfast Bar Station. Hot/Cold Water Dispensers, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster Oven, Microwave. Cookware, dishes, silverware, cup/mugs, plates etc for all your needs. There's a Covered Propane Grill area with all the grilling gear available. Guest parking space have a Hefty Wheeled Wagon available to haul all your gear from vehicle to tents. Tents sit on huge decks surrounded with flower planters and Adirondack Chairs with pillows and blankets, a Fire Pit w/grill, a Picnic Table with 9' Umbrella. ***Tents are set up with a Queen bed for 2 Guest*** or Request Add-On to accommodate up to 6 total guest per tent. Must verify Add-On Guest, Addt'l Queen bed or Twin Beds (for 4 total add on people) Host Mel was born out in The Aleutian Islands in Dutch Harbor, into a Third Generational Commercial Fishing Family. Glacier/Bay Views in our Cozy Pop Up Glamper Site, has 2 Queen beds on each end of the camper, with inside Table seating area may be converted into additional sleeping space. The camper has a Mini Sink and Cooktop Propane Burner Cooking area and a mini Ice box Fridge. Furnished with our luxury bedding, pillows & extra blankets, soft rugs on the floor. Outdoors area, has additional seating and tables and our wonderful 9' Umbrella, wood burning fire pit plus a propane grilling outdoor area. The Glamper is located to the front of our property, next to The Magical Fairy Garden under our Very Unique Larch Tree named "Spike". Guests will be next to our Fruit and Vegetable Gardens and canopied under the Birch trees and views of our beautiful Pine trees. The front of our property is near the road/bike path noise which comes with the Convenience of being In Town Near everything. Heating options are always available upon request for all of our accommodation sites. With ample notice, we may be able to accommodate larger families/group options as this Glamper Site is more removed from our other Bell Tent accommodations. The communal facilities are all available to all our guests. Outdoor Bathhouse w/Hot Shower. Indoor flush toilets in our common area. Nearby in town our local laundromats all offer Shower Facilities for guests wanting alternative options on their terms. Guest staying in our Glamper will be welcomed with a Complimentary fire pit wood stacked and ready to fire up set up out front of their accommodations. Outdoor camp blankets and a Surprise Snack Gift Basket with Beverages and Bottled water greet all our guests. We offer the Communal indoor area to all guests to use the fridge/freezer and of course the friendly reminder, Alaska does share with all things nature, we still put all our foods away in a safe and secured manner. Trash is collected and removed from all area's each evening. Accidents happen, all common area's have extra cleaning supplies, if guests need additional assistance cleaning up we highly encourage our guests to reach out to us for additional help.

Cozy tent in a perfect location!

This place is so amazing!! The view is unbelievable. You can see the full mountain range and the Homer Spit right from the porch. It feels very private, set back away from the house and with a separate parking spot. The host family is so wonderful and they give you the perfect balance between respecting your privacy and being willing to give advice on things to do in the area. The location couldn't be better; it's right in the middle of town and less than 5 minutes down to the Homer Spit. The tent itself is super posh! They've got it hooked up with comfy beds and nice sheets and blankets, lighting, and lots of outlets. Even though it was summer and didn't get dark until well past midnight, it stayed nice and dark inside the tent to we could sleep in. Not much road noise at all that we noticed. We brought our kids and they loved playing in the yard and sleeping in the big tent. I wish we could have stayed longer! We'll be back!!

Harvest Season while Glamping

We enjoyed our first visit so much came back and tried out their other tent. We were not disappointed. The queen bed was as great as tent #2 bed and linens. Comfortable, decor is a bit more Boho w/brighter color theme, very nice. Had its own picnic table with huge umbrella, fire pit with a first nights firewood ready to fire up and Adirondack Chairs w/ throw blankets, Lots of Lanterns, soft rugs, throw pillows, propane heater to take that evening chill away was available. It’s Harvest time, we picked Rhubarb, Red Raspberries that are huge, sweet and delicious, had fresh broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce so much produce to go with our fresh salmon we caught. Mel is a fantastic Hostess, she’s a fountain of local knowledge, assisted us with booking suggestion, best trails, restaurants, breweries, charters, and she knows everyone, glamping truly exposes you to more of the Best of a community from a locals view. We rented bikes and canoe the reservoir is another locals secret spot. Mel had, all the gear to loan out, We met the next morning to

Best Homer Glamping Haven & Deal!!

Brand new all weather tents on private deck with real queen beds, high thread count sheets & nice furniture inside & out with Gorgeous views! Cozy down comforter to keep you warm along with safe indoor heater if needed. They also have firewood on site if needed and a greenhouse for veggies. Salad anyone?Plenty of lighting inside & out that you control & you can even charge your electronics inside the tent. Unlike an average tent there’s no condensation buildup. Perfect location for walks, biking, hiking, fishing charters or snow machining in winter. Plentiful raspberry bushes to pick from. Fire pit for s’mores & place to hang your wet waders after fishing. Homer spit, cool restaurants, bars, native artwork & unique gift stores all very close by. Mel is an amazing host & can point you in the right direction for any of your interests. She goes above & beyond in making your stay perfect!! Beautiful open yard, too. This is the only place I’ll ever stay now when I’m in Homer. Better book ahead as this is a steal deal!!
