  • Review summary

    Generated from real Hipcamper reviews

Nestled in a serene meadow, this campsite offers a quiet and private escape with stunning mountain views. While the spacious field is ideal for both tents and small RVs, visitors should be prepared for uneven ground and some low branches. Despite the tranquil setting, occasional noise from overhead planes and nearby activities may interrupt the peace. With helpful host Rikki at the helm and easy access to local attractions, campers will find it a convenient spot to unwind.

Camped in a 20 ft travel trailer at Jim Creek blank land with pets, Sept 2026.

    Recommends

Property was easy to find and very convenient to ride over to Jim Creek. Quiet and private, we had wild turkeys visit so be careful letting dogs off leash

  • Ashley H.

Camped in a 10 ft rooftop tent at Jim Creek blank land with kids, Aug 2026.

    Recommends

Our stay was very laid back and the spot was peaceful and quiet! Would recommend! Rikki answered all our questions and made sure we were all set.

Camped in a 18 ft campervan at Jim Creek blank land with friends, Aug 2026.

    It was okay

For a single overnighter, it does the job. Bunch of cute turkies wandering around, too. But at some point, the host arrived, barely acknowledged us, then proceeded to mow the far end of the field for 2.5 hours until 9pm. Also had some guys in a rig show up pretty late and run their generator most of the night and started at 5am. Lots of planes flying overhead, some very low. Ground is fairly uneven so clearance helps. Views were nice, though.
