We are a family owned and operated, fully functioning campground. We offer a range of sites from open to wooded, and Full Hookup, Water and Electric, or Just Water sites. At Eagle Shadow Campground, we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere suitable for families seeking an unforgettable outdoor experience.

Eagle Shadow Camper is a stationary RV camper parked in Eagle Shadow Campground. This is a well-used, but cozy space perfect for a couple or small group to stay in Hyder, Alaska. It fits up to 5 people comfortably with 1 queen-sized bed, 1 bunk, a couch, and a dinette that converts into a bed. Hyder is situated in a beautiful valley surrounded by snowcapped mountains, the Tongass National Forest, and Salmon River. We are located only 4 miles from the world-famous Bear Viewing Recreational Site.

Eagles Nest Unit 1- Unique Shelter

Van/bus · Sleeps 2
The Eagles Nest Unit 1 is a unique, safe camping space with cots inside a cleaned-out bus. It is located at Eagle Shadow Campground. This option is perfect for 2 people. The base fee covers one person, with an additional charge of $10 per night for each extra guest. (Children under 2 are free.) The base fee includes cots with mattresses; however, we can also provide pillows and blankets for an additional fee.
