We’ve had this property in my family for over 30 years and it is been a potato farm, a cattle ranch, and a Lumber-mill site. We built our cabin from scratch from 47 tamarack large trees on our property.

This is a very rustic and remote log cabin situated on 120 acres that is adjacent to DNR state land. It is primarily forested and teaming with wildlife.

 The cabin
is about 4000 feet in elevation on Lemonasky Mountain just 1 mile below and an historical fire look-out. It is perched on top of a beautiful large meadow with a 50 mile view that has wonderful sunrises and sunsets.

We acquired the 22+ acre property to develop a nursery for Chinese medicinal plants.

We are less than five miles from the highway between Omak and Tonasket.  The county-maintained road up to the 22 acre property runs through a beautiful canyon (McLaughlin Canyon).  Deer, eagles, coyotes, and more wildlife (there are rattlesnakes in the area as well).  Wide views all around - to the West are the Cascades.  Lots of space to hike, and climbing opportunities as well.  We are developing gardens and a nursery for Chinese medicinal plants, starting this year (2018).  Your host can introduce you to Chinese herbal medicine.  We have a nice dog.

Bristol-blu Guest Ranch

Hello and welcome to the ranch, named for my horse. Vicki and Adam chose this property, while looking for raw land to purchase, then flip. Instead,  we found this lovely place with 2 ponds, a year round creek, and river frontage. Our intent is to live here fulltime, and to host you, your families, and friends. Come spend some time in this slice of paradise soin!Learn more about this land:For the 2018 season, amenities are at a bare minimum. Tent camping, or car/trailer camping are both encouraged.  There is no rv hookup at this time. Water jugs can be filled at the well. Horse owners should bring portable fencing, this season.

Campsite #1 lies above Bristol-blu Lake, which is open to all our guests. There will be a fire circle for cooking and and festivities. Site #1 is very close to the well, across the driveway. Campsite #1 rents for $25/night.

There is a cabin on campsite #2, which includes private access to the dock, on the Westfork of the San Poil River. Also there are 2 firewood grillers, 1 of which doubles as the campfire. There are 2 picnic tables included, one on the cabin deck, and 1 between the two cooking grillers. Campsite #2 rents for $60/night.

Campsite #3 is closest to the road, and provides a view of Blu Silver Pond, which is actually the Westfork of the San Poil River, backed up by an extensive beaver dam. Included at this time is a single fire circle. Campsite #1 rents for $25/night.

Campsite 1. Overlooks Bristol-blu Lake. This is the site for people wishing to engage in leisurely, recreational paddling.

Two E.’s Land

Located a thousand feet above the scenic Okanogan River Valley, and nestled up against State owned land, our little seven acre hippie homestead here on the western slopes of Mt Hull is just a few hundred feet from a year around creek and has an incredible view of the river valley and the many mountain peaks of the Okanogan National Forest and the Pasayten Wilderness. We're on a bench with a couple acres of nice flat grass covered fields.  Sagebrush, Ponderosa pines, and Chokecherry are prevalent plant species.   Deer, coyotes, red tailed hawks and the occasional rattlesnake wander across the land now and then, and sometimes we seethe Big Horned Sheep that are a protected species here.   

The road leading up the camp, fairly well maintained. 

Plenty of forest and woodland creatures around here! I was approached by several deer during my stay. 

Wood platforms with carpet keep the Tipi nice and warm to sleep in. 

Zero light pollution out here! Perfect for stargazing.

started 
to build a little farm
with vegetable gardens and a small flock of chickens. We also have a small music venue for festivals.
