A great day of adventure deserves an equally awesome evening. Welcome to our off-the-grid but totally connected glamping hideaway. Safari-style tents, luxury beds and linens, hot showers, multiple grills and friendly folks await. Find us 8 miles east of Kanab in the Chocolate Cliffs of the Grand Staircase under the magnificent Southern Utah sky.

Desert River Camp

Located 5 minutes from the Kanab, Utah border in Fredonia, Arizona just 1 block off Hwy 89A.  This RV site is located on a small ranch near a few friendly horses in a corral.  

This is a great spot because it's centrally located to all the national parks including Zion National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and lots of amazing places to explore and hike.

Includes water tap with great drinking water, porta potty, picnic table and trash bin provided.  

NO SHOWER UNTIL JUNE 2023 DUE TO FREEZING LINES IN THE HOT WATER HEATER.

Sorry, no fires due to the dry timber in the area.

Water at the site and at the horse corrals. Set up a cowgirl shower and you are all set.

It seems you can reach out and touch them. Watch the dramatic sky glow of sunrise and set over the meadow land and red rock mountains and buffalo. Please note: we provide tent site only for tent camping or pop up tents. we do NOT provide camping gear.

Our place is located on one of the most beautiful secluded properties around the Zion/Bryce area! 14 acres of apple trees and farmland surrounded by breathtaking mountain peaks right off highway 89. Our orchard offers seclusion and privacy to ensure you have the best experience possible. We designed our homes to have a modern cabin type looks with a stylish open concept interiors. Stargazing is also amazing here in the crystal clear night sky! You can also help yourself to some of the tastiest apples you will ever eat July-September right off our trees. You might even see wild turkeys or mule deer across the river, right off the deck! This is a perfect central location for people who are wanting to visit both parks and other places in Southern Utah! Enjoy a propane grill on the porch as well as a private fire pit on the lawn.  Powered by Solar energy.
