I acquired  this property for my 10 years goal while I'm in college. The community of Beryl has one school, Escalante Valley Elementary, and it is part of the Iron County School District. Originally established as a Union Pacific Railroad siding, Beryl was named in 1901 after the semi-precious stone beryl found in the area.

Half to an hour from National, State Parks and Lake. Visit the College and Festival town of Cedar City. Hiking and ATVeing the open and beautiful dessert land of UT. Ski in the winter and mountain biking in the summer at Brian Head Ski Resort. Explore the beautiful Zion National Parks  in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The  possibilities are endless. that I purchased and think a lot of people can enjoy it as we do. Please take care of the land and leave no garbage so we can all enjoy a very long time. 25 mins from Newcastle reservoir, 40 minutes from Cedar City. Great location for hiking, 4 wheeling, fishing, and hunting. I have a 50x50 yard section that is cleared out for drive in of vehicles and RV parking.

The 3 big trees are on the back of property. Between Ashley Rd. and California Pines Blvd.

There are biking trails near the property that you can hop right on.  Lund Trail and Three Peaks are both really close. We are 15 minutes from Wal-mart, Panda, Cafe Rio and other businesses.Near Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and other great outdoor activities. The property has a gentle slope of about 7 feet down to the east over about 200 feet.   It is rocky and sandy desert.  You will want to bring water.
