We are a burgeoning co-op farm and native plant nursery.  We are a group of 3 friends who escaped the urban life to be startup farmers.  Our 10 acre property is located in the beautiful Sevier Valley. On a clear night, our dark skies offer amazing views.  We are located near several hot springs and amazing hikes and trails.We offer four different glamping accommodations for you to choose from! Our one of a kind cozy cabin space includes electric heat/AC, lights and fantastic views of the garden. It is nestled into our family garden and includes a picnic table and fire pit. Bathroom facilities are located approximately 30 yards away in our guest common area. Our cozy canvas bell tent is located in our nursery on our boutique farm. It is a simple, unique and cozy spot, perfect for a quick overnight stay or as home base for a few days while you explore. Space is solar and battery lit. When temps dip below 40 we offer supplemental heat. This tent is not recommended for light sleepers. We have a second canvas bell tent as well and a little red cabin near our garden! Showers, toilets, and bins are available for all of our accommodations.

Dry camp RV site situated in a historic farmstead. There is no electricity or water connected to the site. In between the Tushar and Forshea Mountain ranges we invite you to enjoy our local scenic beauty and the beauty of the nearby national parks, including Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef. This site is also near multiple fishing locations and ATV trails. With plenty of fun for any kind of outdoor activity nearby we have a quiet, beautiful place to rest and recuperate for your next adventure.

Big Rock Candy Mountain

Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort is a western-style resort that offers visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the Utah wilderness and experience a variety of outdoor activities. PERFECT PLACE TO VIEW THE ECLIPSE!

Undeveloped property next to Manning Creek for RV dry camping.  No electricity, water, bathroom facilities.  RV's must be self contained.  Site #1 has room for 4 RV's, Site #2 has room for 2 RV's.  Can book both sites to accomodate 6 RV's. Surrounded by trees to provide a private camp experience. Some trees are dead, others alive.  Lots of dead tree branches can be picked up and used for firewood.  1 fire pit in each campsite.  No lawn area.  Beautiful views of surrounding mountains.  Great place to take ATV's.  Camp is next to Paiute ATV Trail system.  Quiet.  Amazing bright stars at night.  Hiking, walking, trail running, biking are available from the campground.  Fishing in Manning Creek, Sevier River (5 Miles), Piute Reservoir (15 miles) with a valid Utah Fishing License.Rockhounds can find chalcedony roses nearby.  Boating available at Piute Reservoir (15 Miles).  Convenience stores, Restaurants, Gas Stations available in Marysvale, Utah (10 Miles). Cottontails, jackrabbits, chukar partridge, deer nearby.  Coyotes, bobcats and cougars live in the area, but rarely seen.
