4 travel trailer lots, with electric, and water hookups, but we are only renting two out.    Your travel trailer, our lot.   We have 4 acres, in a bit of a community and 200-ish feet from a railroad line.   No outside fires, because of a current burn ban.   Pets conditional.  We are an older couple, and dont want drama.

was once a historic working ranch and vibrant
concert venue where country legends like Dolly Parton, George Strait, Merle Haggard, Tanya Tucker, and Willie Nelson played in the 70's and 80's. Now it is a working western performance horse barn where the owner trains and competes at the world championship level in reining and cutting.

Come stay with your van, camper or horse trailer and enjoy the sights, sounds, and facilities of a western performance horse barn. We have indoor arena; outdoor arenas and round pens, with 70 acres of pasture, and trails nearby to explore! Everyone is welcome! You certainly don't have to have horses to enjoy our ranch and the animals on it. Come see what it's like in rural Texas. Hang out in your camper, explore the ranch, watch us ride from the arena stands, or go hiking on the nearby trails. If you do have horses, this is a great opportunity to spend some time away from home or perhaps just provide a peaceful stop along the road. Come enjoy the mild Texas winters with us! Our property was once a working cattle ranch with a vibrant music venue where country legends like Dolly Parton, George Strait, Merle Haggard, Tanya Tucker, and Willie Nelson played in the 70's and 80's. We are now a performance horse barn for multiple western disciplines, including reining and cutting.

We offer the best of town and country -- we are located in city limits for quick access to shops and restaurants, and other than our personal residence on the property, there are no neighbors in sight.

This is our dream of being a get away from the big city. It is full of beautiful trees an close enough to a town to get there if there is aneed. You can set by the fire, walk the trail in the back or just plain relax. Close to the town of Jefferson that has alot of history. We are 11 miles from Caddo state park a. Caddo lake is a short distance. Jefferson is a small town full of history. One hour from Sherveport for those interested in gambling. It is a place if you just want to have quiet an relaxing time.
