You will have 2 Acres of cleared out land with a few trees. 40 minutes from beaches also Brazos Bend state park down the road. No running water but we do have electrical outlets near the barn. Feel free to BBQ on our pit or light a fire in the firepit for a relaxing evening under the stars. A palapa to sit and relax or where you set up a tent under. Close to Beltway 8 for easy access to Downtown Houston. 

Highland Bayou Kayak and SUP Palapa

OFF GRID  Palapa. There's a private bath with a basic shower. No hot water. Take the kayak and stand up paddle board out to the lake.  Child sup, single kayak and one tandem. Pet friendly. Two adult cots and one child cot. Bring your own amenities and supplies. JUST AS PICTURED.
