Our Airstream, nestled by our creek with a cozy outdoor sitting area. 

Creekside Airstream Glamping!

We bought this Airstream in 2022 as an old shell. It was junky and a mess, and not much in it other than old scraps and junk. We renovated it in 2022 and 2023, and turned it into a cozy, midcentury modern style Glamper. We tried to plan for every comfort you could want or need, from wifi and a smart TV, to a cute bathroom, Keurig and an Air Fryer. We hope you love it as much as we do. Please note, it is tight quarters, especially for more than two people and large framed people. For this reason, we only allow two guests. We live on a busy street, but the backyard is peaceful and serene. The airstream is parked next to our creek, where waterfowl abound. Only one vehicle allowed.

Table that converts to a king sized bed. 

Bunk beds. Only the bottom bunks are stable enough to hold people over 100lb. Please do not use top bunks. 

Seasonal garden. Help yourself to anything you see growing, but we don't guarantee there will be anything when you're here!

Green Acres Airstream and RV

Green Acres is about 5 acres located in Beaufort SC and surrounded by the waters and marshes of Salt Creek. Almost every where you go in Beautiful Beaufort, you will enjoy the tranquil views of water. Green acres is a combination of short term short term RV spaces and furnished homes. No long term tenants here! While visiting Green Acres you will also be exposed to several free range animals to include chickens, ducks, turkey, peacock, rabbits and one sheep named Lucy! Come and enjoy all of what Beaufort has to offer! Hanscombe Point Plantation

Hanscombe Point Plantation is a 300 acre working farm that has been in the Legare family for 9 generations. We raise beef cows, heritage breeds of pigs, laying hens, and water buffalo. Additionally, we raise vegetables and do a lot of agri-tourism including: summer camps, school field trips, and a large pumpkin patch maze each year.Our accommodations include a vintage camper, primitive campsites along a salt water creek, and an RV area on our farm.We are located just 30 minutes from nearby beaches and downtown Charleston. Use our property as your base of operation as you have fun at the beach or tour the historic city, or just stay for a quiet get away in the woods.There is also a lot of wildlife such as: wild turkeys, woodstorks, raccoons, and alligators.  Fishing and crabbing are available on the salt water creek next to the campsite as well.We look forward to hosting you!

Learn more about this land:I raise peacocks, chickens and dogs. We have horses and goats as well as free range eggs. We are rural with lots great places near by. The area includes several eateries, grocerys  and trails for horses and humans. There is a library and pool real close. All my neighbors own five to seven acres.

Learn more about this land:We’ve got more Spanish Moss than you can shake a stick at - and we’ve got plenty of those too! While we lack ocean-side beach front, we do have spectacular views of the Wadmalaw river,  particularly under a full moon and especially at sunset (we face west by southwest). We're offering approximately 60 acres of primitive hiking and campsites: areas for all levels of camping experience available.You can have a camping experience from literal back yard camping, to a serious “lost in the woods” adventure. Despite the near-by civilization, on clear nights there is very little light contamination - which makes for excellent star gazing.Campfires are allowed within local regulations. Pets are  welcome!We are less than twenty miles from historic downtown Charleston,  around twenty miles from Charleston’s shopping and commerce area (West Ashley), and just over twenty miles from Kiawah Island Resort and beaches.
