We are also conveniently located 20 minutes off Interstate 80 via the Milesburg exit. We are surrounded by state game lands, perfect for hunting, fishing or outdoor enthusiasts! Come enjoy this relaxing cabin complete with all modern comforts. The cabin is located in a nature development, perfect for those who wish to get away, but not too far!

Family owned land for over 100 years and at that time it was planted in corn. On the property is a foundation that was said to be where one of the Youngers that rode with Jessie James lived in a shanty. Known as the “Younger Shanty”.  Nearby attractions:  wineries, state parks, Penns Cave, Penn State University, and great restaurants.

This cabin is one mile from black moshannon state park with lake and streams. Very secluded but only 1/2 mile off of paved road with stone road into cabin and only 20 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Built in the early 1940's of the Y.C.C Crew of PA. This is a rustic cabin with all the comforts of home!Learn more about this land:Cabin in the woods with all the comforts of home.  2 bedrooms with double bunkbeds and large living room with fireplace.  Electric heat with  woodburner in the basement.  One mile from black moshannon state park with lake and streams.  secluded but only 1/2 mile off of paved road with stone road into cabin.

Learn more about this land:We have a small stream and wooded area right by Route 26 where you can pitch a tent and use our fire pit.  Vehicles including RVs or buses can pull in along the wooded area right along Route 26 and then walk across the bridge to access the tenting area, woods, fire pit, and creek.  (Our dogs may greet you from our fenced-in yard.)  There is a small convenience store/gas station, post office, and a newly opening tavern within walking distance, as well as hiking trails in the state forest.  Short drive to all that State College and Penn State University has to offer.
