Space was quiet and nice with a beautiful view of the sunrise (I got there too late for sunset but I bet it was also amazing) Hosts were super sweet and checked in when we got there and in the morning to make sure I didn't freeze in the middle of the night in my tent!

Tom and Tami were super kind when we (myself and my two young boys) arrived just after dark - walked over shortly after we pulled in to make sure we had everything we needed! The tent area is flat enough, but there are some rocks to watch out for and a ton of low vegetation, at least when we were there mid-Sept. So be prepared for that.

I didn't get to meet Tom in person, but via the app, Tom was friendly and communicative. Sleeping in my car, his land worked great for my needs; it was flat, safe, and peaceful. I found the experience of staying on Tom's land a good value.

Great place to stay! Port-a-potty was very clean and tons of space for tents. The tent area also had trees where one could hammock but lots of sap on them.. Some reviews said the road was loud but it seems to calm down at night, I was not woken up once. Close to food and stores

This place was great! We rolled in around 8:00 pm and had a very peaceful, quiet evening. It was clean and safe. If I'm ever driving through Hines, OR and need a place to crash it will be Tom's Land.
