The best family-friendly glamping near Tulsa

·
Ready for adventure in the Sooner State? Tulsa sits in northeast Oklahoma and is the state's second-largest city behind capital Oklahoma City. Though Oklahoma is landlocked, this area features easy access to a few lakes ideal for shoreline fun. Head 20 minutes west on US-64 to reach Keystone State Park in Sand Springs. Access to the waters of Keystone Lake allows for fishing, water skiing, and boating opportunities. You can pitch your own tent on any of 82 sites or rent one of 22 lake-view cabins. Picnic tables near the water make this an excellent spot for enjoying a meal with friends and family. Okmulgee State Park is about an hour south on US-75. This kid-friendly park's also built around a lake that bears its name. Check out the dam area to see some impressive cascading waterfalls. Hunting and mountain biking are also big draws here. Mingo RV Park is very convenient to Tulsa, making it a good choice if you're coming through in a big rig or small trailer. It's just 12 minutes east of downtown Tulsa, an easy straight shot on I-244. Here you'll find full hookups, free Wi-Fi and an air-conditioned laundry room. Note that there's no tent camping allowed here, though.

Three Ponds Community is a small mindful yoga community of friends. We have two families living on the land with one more in her tiny home. Joe and Hailey also own and manage Be Love Yoga Studio in Tulsa and Jenks and operate the Big Om Yoga Retreat. We tend the garden year round and have a small farm of animals that include goats, chickens, ducks, a pig, and a miniature donkey. We are excited to share our little piece of heaven with you. Nearby (drive time): -Keystone Lake (10 minutes) -Big Al's Convenience Store (5 minutes) -Keystone Ancient Forest (6 minutes) -Downtown Tulsa (25 minutes) -City of Sand Springs (15 minutes) -Osage Forest of Peace (15 minutes) Follow our socials: (@)threepondscommunity on Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok.
